Shopper : Why Did You Choose This?WK A : For DSLR video indoors, the Sony CLM-V55 monitor seemed the best value. The peaking function is useful indoors, but I do not find the device useable outside in sunlight or bright conditions. Perhaps with a black view camera cloth.

Sony CLM-V55 Clip-on 5 inch Portable LCD Screen is almost an ideal companion to any videographer whose needs require to keep a sharp eye on critical focus. Sony's very sharp screen aids the cameraman and negates many mistakes by providing detail that might not be visible with the usual 3 inch LCD screens. SONY CLM-V55 is expensive, but once in use, the money spent is well justified by having a tool without which any shooting situation would be that much more challenging if not impossible.
