Widescreen not great for pictures
Great quality, but the widescreen display does not show standard pictures very well. In horizontal mode, a vertical picture is only 4 inches tall. If my pictures were all taken in landscape with a 15:9 aspect ratio, this would be great. I returned it for an HP with a 4:3 ratio.

Worst customer service
I just purchased DPF-V900 frame and the quality is very bad. It distorts images and images look differently than on computer. For the price Sony is charging you can buy other frames for much cheaper with much better quality. This is my last purchase from Sony.

Best Digital Photo Frame
I was confused with so many photo frames available in the market from various manufacturers. One thing was clear with me, focus on display & not on extra features like playing music or so. I saw many frames ranging for few dollars to this one, this product was worth the priced paid.
It came in a nice & lovely packing & I'm taking it to my country INDIA within few days. I'm happy with the purchase. This frame meets all my needs, display is unbelievable and is no match to any other company. It's Sony!!
A perfect gift, a perfect product to own for self & a great stuff to showcase. Thank you Sony!!

Great Image Viewer
This unit is the nicest viewer I have seen. The picture is very crisp & clean. I would recommend if you are in the $200 plus range. Nice features but would expect at least 1GB of memory. Good value for the money.

Extremely pleased!
I compared a lot of digital photo frames before buying and even compared them in store. There is no doubt Sony stands out in its excellent picture quality. The contrast and brightness are unmatched. The handy remote is quite easy to use and the interface is well designed. The support for multiple card formats will ensure that you never have to fiddle around resizing images and transferring them thru USB. The only big negative to this frame is its price. Adding goodies like Bluetooth dongle will certainly make it more attractive. Overall, if you care for quality, buy this. If your budget doesn't allow this Philips or Kodak would make a good choice.
