This was a gift for my wife. On the whole it's a neat, pocket-sized little camera with a good zoom lens. However, it needs lots of light and the battery capacity is limited.

This was a Birthday present and I couldn't have chosen better. The photos are crisp, clear and print beautifully. I was having problems with blurred images, not anymore.

I bought this to replace a wee fujifilm camera which I really liked and was upset that it was damaged beyond repair. So far I am delighted with my choice to move on to the Sony. I still need to get the hang of the settings and need a few more months to really get to know it..But the quality of photos are excellent, so no complaints

the camera is 3 months old now & it is amazing! really good pics, no need to focus, sharp & accurate I am well pleased with this product, always rely on sony.

I was happy with previous Sony cameras but this is a bit of a letdown. OK the product is quite economic solution and its functions are rich but the image quality is not as expected for this specific imager. To be frank choosing a SONY camera for me in the past it was one way choice, but from now-one I will think twice before buying any SONY branded product. In addition this specialized USB connector forces me to carry one more cable with me just for this camera. (What's wrong with the standard mini USB and micro USB connectors?)

I used this camera on a recent holiday in Greece and I am very happy with it. The pictures are very clear when printed out and I tried the film feature on a tour and the audio was good too. When I played back the movie film on my computer, I wished that I had used it longer. I bought the DSC-W730 camera because I was disappointed with the previous DSC W380. My original DSC-W35 still does a good job but the newer models of Sony camera are supposed to give more pixels to the inch and the W380 did not live up to expections. My photos taken by the DSC W380 were often not as clear as my first sony digital camera. Mind you, I miss not having a viewer on the DSC_W730. MY DSC-W35 has a viewer.

I bought this product about 1 year ago. It has been very performant, except that about 3 months ago an error code ''E:62:10" appears on the screen. This has hitherto hindered me from taking videos and rendered some shots blurred and blank. Please, help.

I bought this camera to replace an earlier model as the on/off button had stuck inside the camera. Apart from that was very pleased with the old camera which is why I purchased another Sony. Unfortunately the on/off button on this model is exactly the same, just hope this does not go the same way as the earlier model. It is for this feature only that I have marked the product down.

I got this little gem as a gift last month and am amazed at all the features it has. I have not taken a bad photo since I got it. It adjusts quickly and accurately to every situation. I am so happy with it. The menu is very easy to negotiate. The camera is petite, robust and user friendly.
