Good case.

All in all its a good high quality case, well made and provides good protection for the camera. It also fits the 50mm prime lens which was an added bonus. The reason I've not given 5 stars is because I was disappointed that the front of the case doesnt open to expose the lens, so you have to physically take the camera out of the case to take a shot. there is a clip which allows the case to hang from the strap which is fine, but front opening would be ideal

The Sony LCS-EJC3/B Alpha NEX Lens Jacket Case (Black) is custom fit to hold your Sony NEX-3, 5, 5N, 7, C3 or F3 with any of the following Alpha E-mount lenses: 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6, 24mm f/1.8, 16mm f/2.8, 30mm f/3.5 or 50mm f/1.8. The tough polyurethane exterior is balanced with a suede-like interior that is gentle on your gear. The case is designed to keep your camera/lens combination safe from dust, bumps and scratches. The padded rear cover adds another level of protection.

For even more convenience, the case is tripod friendly so you can use your camera without having to remove it from the case. In addition to the camera and lens, there is also extra storage space for a Memory Stick card and extra battery.
