Unreliable
This kit comes with a very thin adhesive to hold your filters.
-vignette in the corners, you need to zoom in.
-if you use a CPL, the force you need to turn it till lessen it's grip over time.
-you can no longer keep it on your pocket or a bag because it might rip off.
emailed customer service to send me some replacement adhesives as they are no where to be found. unlike lensmate's system, which are too big to use on this system.
but there's the mag-filter system you can consider also.

Sony rx1rM2 - doesn't fit this camera
Does not work with the Rx1RM2
The jig used to position the glue on ring will not slide over the lens in order to centre the glue on ribbon the lens.

Very useful but not sure about the attachment.
I haven't used this long enough to give a full review but thoughts so far are that I like being able to use it to attach a circular polariser on my RX100 but I'm worried about the longevity of the double sided sticky tape fixing - I must admit I expected something more obviously durable.

Pretty clever design
The adapter is in two parts. One is permanently attached to the front of the camera with adhesive and is very small an unobtrusive. The second part has the filter threads and clips on to the part that is permanently attached. I only use a polarizing filter, so I have threaded the filter into the part that clips on. Now to put on the polarizing filter it is a quick clip-on, clip-off operation, no turning. Fast and easy.
There is a detail in the installation instructions that is easy to miss. It says that once you stick the adapter to the front of the camera, you have to let it sit for 24 hours before use. This suggests that the adhesive needs some time to cure. I went one or two steps beyond this. I applied the adapter, carefully pressing firmly all the way around and then placed the camera face down on a flat surface with a light paperback bock on the back of the camera. I let it sit like this for 24 hours. My idea was to maintain gentle pressure through the entire cure phase for the adhesive. So far it is holding well.

Achieves the objective but handle carefully
The alignment ring is the wrong size for mark 2 but fitting can be done by eye. As the locating ring is only stuck on follow the instructions to remove filters before putting into case.

Does not work on the rx-100 m3!
This lens adaptor was originally listed as being compatible with the new rx-100 iii (looks like sony has recently removed it from the m3 accessory list). It clips/blocks the lens when using wide angle/24mm. Making it utterly useless. Works great on the earlier versions of the rx100, just don't waste your money on it for the m3.
