Sony 2 Years Extended Warranty and Advance Exchange Program for the UPD-X100 Printers

The Sony UPDX100/RSAE2 is a two (2) years Advance Exchange program for extra UPD-x100 printers that are part of the UPx-C200 Digital Photo system. Customers receive a total of 2 years Warranty and 2 years Advance Exchange coverage from date of purchase for a total of 2 years inclusive coverage (extending the standard 1 Year Parts/90 Days Labor Warranty).

Under Advance Exchange, customers are entitled to a replacement Passport Photo system (available next business day if call placed by 7:30pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday) if problems cannot be resolved via telephone technical assistance. Also included in the program are two (2) years toll-free telephone support and technical assistance from date of purchase as well as all repair parts and labor costs.
