New or Used?

I received my Sony XQD card in a timely manner and it is operating without problem. However, even though the card came completely encased in its plastic mold packaging, I was surprised to find images already on the card. It had obviously been used in a D4 (as indicated by the metadata) within a month or so of my purchase. New or used - it's still a card and the price was very competitive, but don't sell me something as "new" when it's obviously been repackaged.

Fast card

Not as fast as the S series but I don't shoot more than 10 or 15 images in a burst. So this H card is great for me on my D4 with RAW images
