So compact and easy

I bought the camera in hopes that It would be a convenient device for me to capture photos and videos, and it did not let me down. Its picture quality is great, and it being so lightweight made it easy for me to carry around. However, I would want a longer battery life, as I can only use the camera for about 45 min to an hour and a bit before I have to charge it again

Great Quality Camera, only Minor Qualms

So far it's great for recording clips of everyday life (vlogging). However, it has a really short battery life so I've bought a bunch of them to keep me going throughout the day. The audio wind catcher thing isn't as good as I was hoping, but the audio is still pretty good I just have to edit it a tiny bit in post-production. I love this camera it's light-weight as so far I've gotten pretty cool shots. I've also bought a wide-angle lens attachment because sometimes it's just too zoomed in for filming.

Good for fresher vloggers

Bought this months ago, pretty solid basic features for a new comers camera, however the UI design is not really easy to use, too much complex features and not friendly menus. Need some to get use to it and it will be a quite handy camera for fresh camera learners.

Better than phone for capturing memories and travel photos

I got the Sony ZV1 to use as my main portable camera instead of my cell phone. It will not replace my dslr, but it does come in handy for traveling compared my iphone se 2nd gen. It?s nice to have something so portable and it can do a lot more than your phone can in terms of quality and features. I feel it?s best to have a portable camera for capturing memories instead of having to rely on your phone since my last iPhone deleted a lot of my pictures on me so this is a lot more reliable having a dedicated SD card.

Love it

I got the kit from adorama and I love it easy to used and practical for traveling i recommend getting the kit because it brings everything you need it comes with 2 batteries very important, and chargers for the car too . The audio in this camera is great but you can also connect an external mic. I left a video so you can see the quality .

Good for Stills, too

While most would get this for vlogging, I was looking for a small Sony camera with a leaf shutter to use with strobes. This fits the bill. The top end of the leaf shutter is at 1/2000s, but because it has a built in ND, I can still shoot in broad daylight with flash and not have to use HSS. Pretty neat.

UPDATE pls the Imaging Edge Webcam for M1 Apple

I have a use for a month mainly for live streaming, and my video is must more elegant and vivid than before. One thing is really concerning which is not the camera but Imaging Edge Webcam App which until now cannot support the Apple M1 processor. The team should be able to keep with times! Come on! This is my GREAT concern as I wish to upgrade my MacBook in future. And also, why is USB output is only 1024x576p? This is 2021. Can u update to you 1920x1080 or even 4K? These are my 2 concerns.

I got the Sony ZV1 to use as my main portable camera instead of my cell phone. It will not replace my dslr, but it does come in handy for traveling compared my iphone se 2nd gen.
