You get what you pay for
at first its easy to upload but remote seems to not work even after couple battery swaps. if pics are not rotated on drive then it won't auto rotate them on smartparts either. not mac compatible

The perfect frame
I never could get it to recognize and download pictures from the SD card. With the desk top tool it loaded like a charm. We bought this frame for our 81 year old Uncle , he's in a veterans home. I loaded it with pictures of his friends and family. He loved it.

Great Frame that comes at a great price
This frame was meant as a gift and it was the first digi-frame I ever bought – after looking at hundreds of others at businesspartner's or friends houses. I had heard several stories about how great their things work now, but what a pain in the neck it was to set them up.
So: I just plugged this Digital Frame in, then connected it to my Mac and approximately 60 secs later there were roundabout 300 pics on and running.
Intuitive handling, good frame, looks great.
Overall jugdement;: Buy it.

This is the second one I have ordered and used. The first picture frame, I gave to my mom. I had put 6 generations of family and added music. My mom has amazed. My Aunt and Uncle saw the pictures and asked me to make one for them. Hence, the second picture frame. I am going to separate there family from ours so my aunt can add her children's children and children. I am hoping everthing works the way I want it to.

Good Product
Basically a good product. My only real complaint is that in order to delete a photo one must do it through a computer. It comes with an MP3 player with speakers which I never plan to use.

Returned it and wouldnt buy another one
I read reviews that didn't say good things about this product but decided to try it myself anyway. Big mistake. I was on the phone with Customer Service at Smartparts and they determined the internal memory was corrupt. I had just received it and it didn't work. CS at that company was awful. [...]

beautiful picture quality
Pictures are great. Internal memory holds a lot of pictures. It took me a while to learn how to get pictures from my SD card, only a few pictures would show up. Overall, it is wonderful.

I liked it so much, I bought a second.
The frame has great picture quality. It is tricky to use with a Mac; but if you know how, it works. I bought one for my wife to use at her school and everybody comments on it. Her students like it especially! I then bought a second one for a gift as I liked it so much. Makes a great gift for older people to look at their pictures (that are digitized) from an earlier time. I've looked at many frames and always liked this one best.

Great Frame
I gave this frame to family members who are not "tech savvy" and they really like it. Photos were easy for them to upload and they were fascinated with the fact that it held so many pictures at such great quality!
