I've found the intellytech tilter bracket  very handy to have in my grip kit.  They provide solid support for a variety of attachments in  multiple different angles.

flexible support

I ordered 2 of these to use with 24" intellysticks. Very difficult to get both light sticks exactly the same angles with these brackets. Hopefully sending these back to manufacture since the intellysticks don't hold charge long enough for use.
