This comprehensive kit includes everything you need for professional lighting: barn doors, diffusion, a universal AC adapter with power cord, and a carrying case for easy transport. Additionally, each unit comes with your choice of a V-Mount or Gold Mount battery plate, which can be easily swapped out by hand if needed.
The Nova-X's 100W power and 2,304 bright LEDs create an impressive output that's unmatched in the industry. Its innovative diffusion spacer, which separates the LEDs and included diffusion filter by about 2", acts like a miniature softbox, enhancing the quality of light and reducing shadows for more flattering results.
Built with a slim, all-metal frame, the Nova-X is a reliable, durable tool for professionals. Its informative screen displays the exact brightness level (from 0-100%) and color temperature (from 3200-5600 Kelvin), allowing for precise control.
The Nova-X also features a removable battery plate, enabling you to switch between Gold Mount and V-Mount by hand. Its new potentiometers ensure extremely smooth dimming transitions, and it's ready for slow-motion shooting, having been tested at up to 3,000 frames per second.
For in-studio use, the Nova-X is DMX512 compatible, allowing you to control it via a DMX table. Channel 1 controls output and Channel 2 controls color, providing simple and intuitive control.
