Some things work, some things don't

I bought this since I use a lot of USB devices and my laptop does not have enough USB slots for all of these devices. It's an easy set up and is sleek enough to keep on the desk without taking up too much room. However, you may need some sort of cable management if you're using cables on this (a couple of cables end up cluttering the desk using this). There's one port that's for fast charging but I haven't really noticed any difference in charging times when I use it. I plugged in a USB-powered LED light/lamp and it kind of flickers or is dimmer compared to wall outlet-powered or directly plugged into the computer. I have a wired mouse and I plugged it into the end slot but it didn't seem to work. Haven't used the other connections yet. Decent item, decent price, good usability.
