Mostly good with minor design flaw.

Mostly good. A small dent from shipping. The design flaw is where the controls are. They are at the bottom of the speaker. Along with the power cord and connection wire. The speaker cannot stand flat. I built a stand for it. A notch type of pass through for the wires would be very helpful. It sounds good and I think it's a good value.

Fantastic subwoofer

For a great bang for the buck, when able to catch on sale, this is a no brain winner! The cabinet is quite neat with its compact depth and it operates as intended providing nice auto on/off bass thumping action. I currently have 2 sitting on top of each another until I redo my setup and am able to space them outside or perhaps behind my TV stand. Zero complaints, well except from my wife when I'm gaming or watching movies and she heres the bass a couple rooms away :)

Ultra Slim Cabinet
The Jamo Studio S 810 SUB utilizes an ultra-slim cabinet for exceptional placement flexibility and orientation flexibility - front firing against a wall or side firing next to a media console or cabinet.

At less than 9" deep, it can even be placed on its side and hidden underneath a sofa or chair.

The 90 Degree power cable allows for extra tight placement against the wall, for minimal intrusion into the room.

Bottom Mounted Amplifier
