I am a big fan of Jabra. I have a headset that I bought years ago for my cordless land line phone and have a blue tooth speaker in my older cars for my mobile phones.
I had to send this ear piece back. I was surprised that I could not get comfortable with it. I didn't check the operation of the unit. I am sure it is a stellar performer, but I couldn't wear it. The three starts is given due to that.

It’s very clear during phone calls and battery last longer. However I can’t use it for anything else (eg Instagram) apart from phone calls. Is that meant to be so ?

Personally I don’t like this product because of talking on phone can’t hear another person voice and retailer said this product is cheaper that’s why not giving you good quality they why they sell to customers if they know it’s quality is not good just for wasting money of people

Understand, this is my opinion and others may feel differently. I am very dissatisfied with the JABRA Talk 5. I find that the speaker is too large for my ear after several hours, my ear begins to hurt. No matter how I reshape the ear hook, it is difficult to stay in one place and tends to fall off occasionally. The voice quality is poor at best. I don't use it all the time, so I don't see the point in spending hundreds of dollars. Don't know what the answer is but the Talk 5 is not for me!!!!!

I thought that I would get a bit more, being that I was getting a Jabra. My old wireless talked to me, but not Talk 5. A the end of a day my ear is very sore. I don't know whether it's the shape of my ear or the speaker on the Talk 5 is too big!!!

Good Product. But the cable provided for charging was not at all good..i couldn't use that cable. I baught a new cable.
The product itself is good quality. Long Lasting.

The earbuds work fine, but the size of the driver causes excessive pain for me. I assume that most people have no issues with the earbuds cushions but I am now realizing that I need the cushions that slips into the ear.
I plan to contact support to see if any other cushions are available.

Excellent hands free bluetooth set, easy to synchronise with mobile phone and user friendly. It replaced an older version of a Jabrah set I had for three years.
