I bought this because I didn't want the earbud to go into the ear canal but somehow fit better onto the outer ear. It could fit better but, for most they will be happy. Excellent deal. I asked my friend if I sounded better on speaker or with Jabra. She said the Jabra. I mainly bought it to listen to music. Overall, I would recommend it.

I should not have been surprised with the quality of this product based on the price. However, I still find it frustrating that I started having issues with this bluetooth 4 months after purchasing. I would have problems connecting to my phone and/or iPad. I can have the volume set to the highest setting, yet still have trouble hearing. I received complaints that people had trouble hearing me. I would not recommend this product. Pay a higher price for a better quality product. Lesson learned.

This is the most comfortable Bluetooth! I typically do not like things that fit into my ear but based on the reviews that I read thought I would give this one a try. It is comfortable enough for me that I have worn it for 4 hours listening to football games with no aggravation. The battery life is also magnificent. It charges quickly as well. When using the Bluetooth for conversation the quality is clear and crisp. My sister even asked me what music was playing in a store I was shopping in one day. There was no background noise to overwhelm our conversation but when neither of us was talking she could hear the music. I use this in the house and when I’m outside walking and even my elderly mother has no trouble hearing or understanding me. For the comfort, quality, battery life, and price, I give this a five star rating!

Bit disappointing.
Not as straightforward to use as it suggests. Instructions are minimal and there is no fault finding information,
Still unable to operate if the phone goes into lock mode. If I have to get the phone to unlock it I may as well just use the handset

I’m a stroke survivor with the use of one hand. I found the wire type ear piece too frustrating to deal with. It took me about 2 weeks to get the ear piece to fit comfortably in my ear and the wire to go over. I still struggle with it but not like I did. Once I get it on, it works fine.

The product worked well for several months and then it stopped working , i like jabra products but im disappointed with this one. Its still under warranty and i need to call the service department to see what can ne done for this.

Light comfortable in the ear for 1st 4 hrs, then very slight irritation, nothing bad but you notice it, maybe more choice on ear gel sizes might help. conversations reception transmission seem fine. not used it out doors, only in car and in the house,.

I bought this Talk 25 to replace a similar Jabra device that I had for over 10 years that worked great until I dropped it on a hard surface. This is just as simple to use and I think it has better audio quality. Hopefully this one will also last 10+ years!

I am so happy with my jabra talk 25, a wonderful product that changed my every day for the better. Music can be heard amazingly, conversations loud and smooth. Baterry endure more than i can deplete. I wouldn't change my jabra for the world.

Product has excellent sound quality and reports from other end of conversation report clear reception. Too easy to hit re-dial during adjusting, so best to do that before turning on. Also find it a bit uncomfortable in the ear. 3.5 out of 5 stars from this user.
