I could not get this device to work with my Galaxy S8 Plus. I did a firmware update, and still, my callers could not hear me. I returned the device and upgraded to a Talk 45. So far, no issues.

Ir's a good product - but no one & nothing is perfect - the one thing I DON'T like it about it is that it starts squacking "LOW BATTERY" at 50% battery left instead off 20 - 30 % left - this is extremely annoying - especially since it still has half of it's battery life left

I have had three of these. My first one was amazing years ago. Due to wear and tear and simply just needing to replace it, I purchased another one. The second one failed beyond comparison. Constantly cutting out, people having a difficult time hearing me, etc. and I tried all of the problem solving I could. I finally just purchased another one thinking this was an exception. My third one was the same, only worse. Due to this, I wrote to Jabra and they kindly replaced it with yet another Talk35. I had asked to upgrade to something better (more money!) but no one addressed this and simply just sent me the replacement after I provided my receipts, photos, etc. I don't know what happened to next generation Talk35's, but my first one was great and the second two were really not.

The quality is quite good however there have been a couple of times when I have made phone calls and the audio was so muffled I couldn't understand what they were saying. This was fixed by hanging up and recalling.

It seems to work okay, my main disappointment is that it does not support the Jabra software integration (yet the lower model does).

you need to be in a quiet location to hear with this device satisfactorily. Despite the call center assistance it still is not what I expected.

Overall I like my Jabra 35. Just wish the range was longer. And also when I use it with more than one item (iPhone, iPad, iPod) it keeps saying, two devices found. I have to disconnect to just one item.

I have not had good luck with blue tooth devices I am giving it 3 stars as a starting point, maybe it will change higher or lower has it gets used.

Everytime I connect to my two phones, the headset will repeatedly say "two phones connected" every few seconds. I did not want to turn off announcements all together also. I returned the product for a full refund.

Good small earpiece, good audio pickup, problem is that in a noisy vehicle (from a side impact and repair) the wind noise is picked up so much as to make the device barely usable.
The 2 vehicles I drive both were hit in the side, and the Jabra device doesn't work well. Same is true inside a Server room, the mic picks up the server fan noise.
In a quiet area it works well.
Of course I lost the device within 3 weeks of purchasing it. So someone else is using it now.

This unit has performed marvelously compared to the previous Plantronics M500 unit that I had. I could not use the Plantronics unit in my car, as it dropped calls all the time. It did the same in my office. The Jabra unit is performing exaclty as I hoped for.

Works well and I like the options for size of ear plug. What it is missing is on sign on...It says "connected".
There is no indication how much battery life there is, i.e., high, medium or low. Just doesn't work if battery in very low. No warning.

Works OK, not much better than the cheap one I bought from Amazon. Noise cancellation is sub par, volume during call is satisfactory but when trying to listen to text messages while driving they are inaudible. Ear pieces do not seem to feel like they are secure in ear and I do not like the over the ear hooks. I am comparing this to my Jawbones which I had used in the past and I am sorry that they are not comparable.

Hi it keeps disconnecting from my S9+ when i got a call so it works for 1 min and disconnects and also when i receive a call i can't answer from it when i press the answer bottom it drops the calls.
And when i check to read social media msgs the application shut down.
And when i am using iit it picks all the sounds around me.

This is a wonderful item.
The clarity and speech are very good.
The ability to change the mounting loop from a small to a large clip is very thoughtful and the ability to either have the loop over the outer ear or change to an inner ear mount is very well thought out for the discerning user.
I would recommend this Talk 35.

It's cheap but there's no noise canceling at only one size earbuds which hurt my ear so I had to return it.

The ear piece is perfect. However, the volume is low even when it's on the high. It doesn't block out noise.
