Itis good sound stays in my ear without the plastic hook and very comfortable i just change the jel inserts and it is perfect
Good battery time and it is not too bulky the shape is ok but i would like to get better looking product but its just me

For years, I used Jawbone Icon Thinker. It fit well and had an impressive noise cancelling microphone. It finally had to be replaced however they are next to impossible to find, particularly new. Ultimately, I purchase the Jabra Talk 45 from Best Buy (all black). I have used it for approximately 2 weeks and I am thoroughly impressed. Some of my work involves driving a truck and they can be quite noisy. The volume on the Talk 45 is quite impressive. I recorded myself to another phone and I was very impressed with the voice quality coming from the Talk 45. It does have a noise cancelling microphone which is effective, but not as effective as the Jawbone. With the Talk 45 I can hear the incoming caller ID extremely well. Far superior to the Jawbone. Because of the loud truck noise I purchased an aftermarket eargel that channeled the audio more directly into my ear canal. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It's a nice looking earpiece and just does an excellent job in all aspects. I must also point out that the battery life is excellent and talk time seems to be at the 6 hour limit as advertised or even a bit longer. I would certainly recommend the Jabra Talk 45 without any reservations.

I rate this product as being a 10 .1.because of its noise reduction, it's answering and ignoring features. It's calls out callers name and number
It's comfortable fit.as well as sound quality the way it adapt to it surrounding.

would not ever buy another one hurts my ear when wearing it so I don't use it. cant here people talking very well . very bad choice I made and wont get another one. to me not worth buying.

Bluetooth works great. The noise cancellation works great I work in a very noisy places and everyone can hear me just fine. Also the speaker on it is pretty loud, a lot better than my old plantronics. Only downside for me is battery only last about 5-6 hrs and I use my phone for my job so I have to keep a backup Bluetooth with me. This one is good enough that I’m considering buying another to have for my backup. Overall great Bluetooth.

Only draw back for me is the range is not as advertised. I need to be within 30ft of my phone or the signal is lost.

Sound and reception is pretty good, the behind the ear bracket is very uncomfortable, so i only use the in the ear rubber with hook, but there is only one provided for left or right, and i can't seem to find replacements except for a complete set which cost like 20 Euro, battery life is good, microphone send to be good, no complaints from callers.
To receive the call with the button is somewhat annoying because you have to push hard to activate the button, so you press it inside your ear.
There is no case available so you have to put it loose in your bag or pocket when not in use, it's pretty small so losing or breaking it is very easy.

The range of distance from bluetooth to phone is horrible. When the two devices are close to each other, the quality of performance is superb. But step more than 10ft away and it's horrible.

Message read out for texts is intermittent. Will not read out emails. No volume control on headset itself. The noise canceling does work well with a convertible top down.

Unlike my Plantronics, no one is complaining that they can't hear me. However, I am getting a constant device connected then a step later device disconnected. This happens several times a day

Strangely enough, the product was labeled talk 30 but talk 30 wasn’t available in the registration selection.
I like it because it allows me to listen to someone while my music is playing.
I wish I had been able to use it for a call, maybe later.

This model has worked intermittently with my iPhone XS. Sometimes the connection is fine. Other times it’s so bad that the caller can only hear every 10th word — as though your connection is bad. It happens when my service signal is strong or weak and even when calling over wi-fi. As soon as I disconnect the Jabra device and just use my iPhone, people hear me perfectly. There appears to be an issue with the Jabra’s Bluetooth connection...
