The product is excellent. The reason I paid dearly for such a product is that the microphone delivers on its promise.

Here in Brazil the product is very expensive, anyway, I recommend.

Of course, it is a product more focused on the corporate environment. His audio is not so good except what comes out of the microphone. However, his proposal is this, to have a microphone of excellence. So for this purpose it is worth it.

So far, I really like this product. It is easy to use and has good sound quality. 

This product was chosen for me by my employer and I do not have any complaints about it! the only problem is a different material is need to not make my ears sweat. But over all a great product and simple volume and call controls!

The Jabra Biz 2300 makes conference calls comfortable and convenient. The headset rests securely on my head without being tight. I can wear it for hours without being uncomfortable. The mute button and volume controls are easy to use. I gave this 4 stars (instead of 5) because there are 2 other buttons on the controls that I don't know how to use even after looking at the instructions (quick start guide). I really don't understand what they do and that is annoying because I have to be careful not to hit one of them while on a call and trying to mute or unmute. 

Satisfied with the connection (clarity and volume). Ease of Use and connectivity

Headset itself is very comfortable to wear, however the sound is too quiet. I use it with Skype for Business at work to make phone calls. On my Windows 10 OS I have to turn it up to the 80s or 90s out of 100 volume range to hear the other end, whereas my old headset had the volume comfortably in the 20s to 30s.

Comfortable - feels like you are not wearing it.
Noise cancelling works but only 80-90 %
Recommended for homebased jobs..

Easy to use, and also easy to get use to 

I enjoyed the headset, it is very lightweight and comfortable, sound is very clear, the cords are not bulky and are of good length, I did not like the fact there is no mute button on the headset and the volume button is too hard to adjust

Actually it was good with cisco, avaya , but with polycom no, we have to mske sure about a compitability , because noise cancellation very sensitive

This headset was a great product when we first started using them. Clean, clear sound without a lot of background noise.

However, after about 6 months, the clarity started to diminish and all 3 headset users started to begin hearing crackling noises both when the headsets were being used and also when not on a call.

Now at just over a year, I have too many calls where I cannot hear my clients at all.

Design and quality is good. I hope it can improve the quality of the sound

Product easy to setup and use and voice clarity is amazing!

Jabra headsets are still using the bad headband. It easily gets broken making the product unusable. I already had 2 broken.

The QD series duo version is not stereo when using Jabra Link 265

I like the ease of use but the call "breaks up" and the wire crackles so I'm thinking it's not going to last very long. :(

The equipment works, but it is difficult managing the wires that keep you tethered to your computer.

Works great. however I did not like the length of the cord. 

The clarity is good on hearing and speaking. The only downside is when wearing the headset there is no way to lock in the speaker/mic and it moves inwards and the microphone hits your lips

While the headset works and I can hear, to me the sound is as if I'm in a tunnel and to others sometimes they say they can't hear me or I sound far away. The headset is...I don't want to say uncomfortable, I'll chose the word "awkward." Just doesn't feel like it sits on my ears (dual) correctly and I'm always adjusting them. Disappointing really for the cost, but my last Hello Direct headphones needed to be replaced so...

Instructions are missing. You have to go online and download them which is a pain because no one tells you ahead of time. Callers hear me fine most of the time but if I try to lower my voice, the caller can't hear me. So if you always talk loud or at a louder than normal conversational volume, you'll be fine. If you want to talk softly so as not to be overheard by everyone or disrupt everyone - try another headset.

The headset stopped working within one year.

I believe it stopped working because a firmware update was interrupted. However, there was no resolution available for this problem.
