This earbuds are easy to set up. The features are great for phone calls and entertainment. I love the noise cancellation feature. They are a little pricey but when you want high quality earbuds you have to pay for them. You cannot go wrong with this set.

Great set of earbuds and superb app.

I really enjoy this product. If you're looking for a more low-key sporty pair of earbuds for music or entertainment. Then these bad boys are exactly what you need and then some. The app is nice. Just adjust the high, mids, and lows to your liking, check for updates every now and then, and locate where you last use these bad boys. In case you on the off chance (you won't) lose them. Sound quality is top notch. The hear-through feature is really convenient if you're running outside and need to hear your surroundings. I really enjoy that feature. You're not going to lose these things because one they fit very nice in your ear once you get use to the feeling and two if you're like me who dropped $100+ on a pair you're on watch for these 24/7 even when you're not wearing them. Somethings I don't like or would change. The mic quality for calls is okay. It works and they understand you. I get the problem because the mic itself comparatively is really far from your mouth, so there's not much Jabra can do. The buttons I would like to be touch sensors or not physical buttons. Pushing them pushing the earbuds deeper into your ear canal which is uncomfortable. You're gonna have to finesse the earbud itself of you want to use the button comfortably. I'd add like a mesh thing to where the music comes out (I don't know the terminology). Something to catch earwax from going inside the earbud. Add foam tips to the package for those who don't exercise as much and prefers more comfort. The case itself uses a snap clip to open and close. It takes some getting use to but it will get easier to open. It feels awful to use because I'm scared to break it. I like the magnets that apple uses to open and close their wireless buds. but that might just be preference. Micro-USB is still used currently (October 2019), but it is becoming less and less the norm tech wise. A change to USB type-C might be a good idea.

I have the 65t UC. Great functionality. The audio, microphone, and Bluetooth connection quality is very good. FIT: It has taken me some time to figure out the most comfortable fit for me. Apparently I have small ear canals as the smallest rubber piece was quite snug. I found that they can be work without the rubber pieces which obviously takes away the ambient noise blocking, and makes them slightly less snug in your ear, but also made them a little uncomfortable due to the plastic lip on it (see photos). I then took the large rubber pieces (which were way to large for me and cut off the outer ring. This made them much more comfortable where I can have them in ear for hours comfortably all though the ambient noise blocking is taken away when I have this rubber tip on. Just another option to add. AUDIO: The free app does give quite a bit of flexibility with sound control and the hear-through feature as well.

The technology and sound are great but the design and size of the earbuds prohibits me from using them as they continuously pop out no matter what size pads I use.

Too big. Too heavy. Too loose. Too expensive. Too few features. The largest ear cushions barely hold the earbuds in. If you look down, they are gone. The app helps you narrow down which zip code they're in. It would help to find them if you could make them blink or make some noise. These are twice as heavy, twice expensive as Airpods and don't have all the features of Airpods.

I like these headphones because of their punchy base and sensitive microphones. Calls on them are very clear and comfortable. I like that you can adjust the settings for how much treble and base you would like. The hear through audio for when you want to hear your surroundings while you are connected to music is awesome too.

Great earphones only wished that sound other than my voice wouldn’t be picked up. I get complaints that they can hear other people while I am using these to make calls

So far I am enjoying them. The sound quality is pretty good. The HearThrough feature is cool, but not very effective in my experience when music is playing. The other issue I have is when I am using my RingCentral phone app and a call comes in on my cell phone, it disconnects my audio for RC even if I reject the call. I then have to change my audio source to phone and back to Bluetooth. This is very inconvenient.

I would give 4 stars simply because the sound is great in a quiet area. When I'm surrounded by people or in a noisy environment and I get a call, I can't hear at all. I would say overall, in terms of noise cancellation, these get a 2/5.

Good sound and build quality but bass not too much as it wants. And regular disconnect both headphones between them. Left headphone doesn't work without right one.disconnecting when incoming two calls from WhatsApp and usual call for example.

When using it in the office or quite areas it sounds great, people say it sounds like I have my cell phone to my ear. When I am driving in my Ford Transit connect work van I have to turn on the "hear through" feature to not sound robotic. Battery life is great, overall a great product that could use a few little tweaks for louder environments while on the phone.

I love the earphones. The sound is great. Love being able to automatically connect to either my cell or my computer. Only problem is I have small ears and earphones don't always stay in my ears.

The USB dongle hotwire solution rather than properly engineering the headphones to work with PC inbuilt bluetooth is lazy and poorly executed. The USB dongle is flimsy and broke within 10 minutes of use. The microphone quality is tinny and sounds poor. The PC audio software pass through seems like an afterthought and doesn't work well with other PC audio. The headphones like pairing with both a phone and PC. Overall after originally ordering a pair of elite 65t headphones and finding out that they don't work with PC bluetooth, I was advised to purchase the evolve 65t which had been specifically engineered for this purpose. The evolve 65t appears to be nothing more than an elite 65t for £100 more money with a poorly engineered hotwire USB dongle interface to allow it to sort of work with a PC, but not the way you would want it to. A massive missed opportunity, a hugely overpriced and under engineered waste of time.

Love the concet and idea of the Evolve but having two issues: 1. The left ear piece won't stay in. Likely my inner ear issue but still makes it difficult. 2. When I use the Jabra Evolve with the PC - fantastic. With an iphone the Skype app frequently crashes. So this is causing issues.

The earbuds do not fit my ears at all. They drop from my ears or make my ears so sore. I needed to give up to use.

Happy with excellent earbuds. Easy connecting, good ambient noise cancellation, longer battery using time, good audio control and changing works for phone call and apps.

Product is comfortable, easy to use after an initial hiccup requiring a call to tech support. I could not get the head set to remain paired to my computer. The fix was to delete the Jabra Link 370, v2 to the older v1. The only other issue, user generated, is remembering the range of the unit is more limited than regular BlueTooth devices, you merely need to remember when going to the door, outside etc.. This is mentioned in the Jabra literature so. We use a VOIP with soft phones on our lap tops and cells.

the head phones are ok. For the most part they stay in your ear without worry. The sound is decent. The lack of bass is a downside. For the price I am not super happy with them.
