Not the best sound quality (seems perpetually quiet and slightly hollow) and still picks up a decent amount of background noise, but it's not bad. I like having just the one ear covered, and the variety of connection options is really nice (regular Bluetooth, USB or the included Jabra wireless connector). It doesn't seem to always automatically connect on Bluetooth, which is annoying.

I normally have 1 cell phone and computer connected to the head set. The computer bluetooth range is limited but the cell phone will stay connected for double the distance. The headset gets confused when I'm in my truck and keeps going in and out of service. Only one device should be connected to the head set then or you will keep hearing messages of connecting and then a few seconds later not connected. I also need to turn off the Ford Sync service in the truck.

Like the ergonomics of the Evolve 65. The mic is easy to retrieve, stow and adjust. Great battery life. The controls are easy to use. work around equipment with loud cooling fans which my customer tell me they cannot hear, so it has a great noise cancelling microphone.

Received the product to evaluate it's use for call center work. The sound is good, but have some issues trying to increase the volume without causing feedback. At times I can hear on my headset, and also very low volume coming out of the speaker on the phone, not sure how to correct that - it might be simple settings I haven't figured out yet.

Great headset, I use it in the office connected to my laptop for using Skype for Business, but at the same time it is connected to my iPhone. I also use the headset in my car while driving, the other person(s) in the call do not hear that you are driving with the radio on and the window open. This is filter out and that is one of the reasons why I like to use this headset.

Purchased so that I have free hands while calling. That works fine now. The headset is very loose. Quickly twisted on the head. Sound is fine. Although others sometimes indicate that I sound 'far away'. Furthermore, satisfied.

Great product for work and can easily connect across various devices at the same time while being able to switch between devices via bluetooth. The bluetooth functionality for Skype does not work in Windows machines without the Jabra Link and this is not mentioned anywhere as such. Overall a sturdy companion

Typically, it’s easy to use, and the quickest way to answer my phone. I didn’t realize it needed an update when it started to act up a while back, but when that was complete, it was good as new. It pairs from a very long range which can be annoying at times, but also quite convenient.
