The motion office Jabra headset does pretty good. It loses connection between desktop phone intermittently but does really well with computer and cell phone connectivity.

Hi did not like the headset at all. After configuring and setting it up properly, the ear piece would not stay on my ear. My co-worker had the same issue. I sent mine back!

The ability to have 3 different call sources is great, and all 3 work very well. Battery life is awesome. I've been using the headset for light sound editing work as well, for quick one off situations. Where it falls short is range from the base unit. If I walk into the next room, call quality drops by at least half. Tried all the various settings to no avail. Firmware updates are problematic at best. Jabra support is actually pretty good.

The fit is a little light for my taste. It always feels like it is going to fall off my ear. The voice recognition is terrible. I think it will take a while to adjust to its pause time before answering its questions. The connection with the desk phone, cell phone and computer are spot on perfect thought which the most important thing to me since I am on the phone constantly all day. Be sure to use the 14201-17 Electronic Hook Switch adapter if you want to answer your phone remotely without sitting at your desk

Although, i like the sound qualify I don't like the placement of the button that turns it on and off. I don't like leaving my earpiece on at all times so when the phone rings I have to slide it on and the button is placed in a way that answers the phone before I can actually get the earpiece on.

I wouldn't recommend. I've had to replace at least six headsets, because the top jelly part around your ear continued to come off.

So far so good. I am still switching the different ear pieces to see which one feels better. Otherwise, after a small set back getting my dinosaur of a phone hooked up correctly so I can answer while away from my desk.... everything is great! I love having the freedom to move around the office! I think the instructions need to have some sort of simple instruction to go along with the pictures. There also needs to be secondary instructions for if you're using the lifter. The connection is different and I had to call support to find that out!

I am happy with the quality of the ear piece and microphone though it is not the best choice for someone with smallish ears who wears glasses as it tends to slip and to receive the call when setup with remote access requires a significant press of the button. Once I hooked up the adapter to give me remote call receipt it has been much more useful - this should be part of the unit rather than an accessory and instructions for use should come with it rather than requiring a search through both the motion office manual and back to FAQs - soft phone mode is not an everyday term for all of us.

For this to be high tech headset, I have to say that I am very dissatisfied with it. I'm contemplating removing and replacing with my old headset. The sound both for me and the other parties on the line, inputting additional dialing information like online meeting, and switching between the headset and the handset are all problematic.

I do not particularly like the product. It does not stay on my ear well, so I am constantly adjusting it, including during calls, which is very annoying. The sound is pretty good.

I purchased this unit after wearing out my Jabra GO6400. It does have better sound than the 6400 and better battery life as well. Features are very similar to the older model. The headset design is different, it's now an over the ear unit that loops around the ear, while this is more comfortable to wear for extended periods, it's difficult to put on quickly. The answer/end call button is right in the center of the earpiece so it gets bumped regularly when putting it on. Earpiece volume control on the back of the unit does not work well & is difficult to control.

When it works it works well. Switching from the base station to mobile is not reliable. Do not like that audio calls are fully over powered by messages and email notification sounds from cell phone. I have to turn off Bluetooth when using the computer because of cell phone interruptions. My other noise cancelling headset does not have this problem

I love Jabra's Motion Office as it was ordered for me through my department, however, the feature I'm not 100% happy with is that the base has to be plugged in to use the hands free and I'm trying to find a work around. Other than this, ease of use and voice quality is great.

It seems to work well, the sound quality is good, and it has some adjustable options. Even so, the headset still does not fit well and takes a lot of effort to get into a position in which it stays on comfortably, which is the only gripe I have. If Jabra would create a wireless headset with actual earbuds that are actually customizable in size for more folks, that would be AMAZING.

Connectivity and sounds quality is great. However, cheap materials and build quality are terrible. I had two headsets fall apart within 3 years. Not to mention that in both instances, I also had the software upgrade freeze my base to the point I was no longer able to use it. For the price, I expected a better product.

Absolutely love the integration this headset provides with our Skype for Business software and ability to also have my mobile phone connected to it at the same time along with the desk phone. My particular desk phone for the office I'm in is pretty ancient, so while I "works", I have to activate the headset line from the phone and then hit the "call" button on the Jabra base station. But that's not a headset issue, just antiquated work equipment. Hopefully I'll be due a desk phone upgrade soon!!

Easy to setup and works fine on my desk phone but when using it to listen to music it doesnt work so good. There will be times the sound stops but when it resumes the song never stopped. This can get annoying as it will do it 5-6 times in a row sometimes. Have checked and its all running the latest firmware so not sure what the problem is. For the money I would think it would work perfect.

I have three devices connected. One of them is an iPhone. Each time the iPhone get a notification the connection with a different device get interrupted and than re-connect. This is very disturbing so I disconnect the iPhone. The battery of the headset seem to charge forever and send a low battery message after a few minutes of use. I switched back to my old system until this new system work sufficient.

Even though the product is convenient and easy to use my issue is the reliability. Twice in the first month that I've had the product it has dropped the audio on my end so that the parties on the call could not hear me. I was able to hear what they were saying. The only way I've been able to resolve it has been by hanging up and dialing back into the call.
