Since I have a problem connecting with Bluetooth I am using with UBS to laptop. Works great when plugged in. Sound is good on both sides.

So happy I bought this! Out the annoying head buds and now speaking freely. Everybody on the other end of the call are happy with the audio quality and I am hearing very well everyone also. I like the quick access button on the device (volume, mute, etc.. I work with Teams and it works with the device. I recommend this.

Plug and play. Saves your ears from wearing headphones all day or for long meetings and fumbling around with headphones. Sound is clear and mic picks up well. Very portable.

Plug and play easy to use. I spend lot of time on calls and I used to get some complaints in the past with background noise using other wireless headsets but this speaker has solved all those issues. From this day I tuned this device one I did not get single reported issue. With the speaker option it’s even better for ears.

I've connected the speakerphone to my work laptop using the USB connection. A bluetooth connection is not allowed where I work. When I connected the speaker to the laptop, it was plug-n-play. The speaker is terrific and I do not get any feedback when using Zoom, Webex, Google meet or MS Teams.

Works well with phone via bluetooth. Great for skype and Teams via USB. I keep mine plugged in to charge via usb for Teams. Device works with phone [BT] and pc simultaneously. Gr8 purchase.

I appreciate the compatibility with my multiple devices. The size, look and sound quality are perfect for travel and business settings. I would recommend a protective case to prevent damage in traveling.

I really have enjoyed using this product except for not being able to get more volume from the unit. The clarity is excellent, but I need a little more volume. I would have also liked the green lights to show me the answer button when the phone is ringing as sometimes when it is a little dark I the room I am unable to see exactly where the answer button is.

The 510 came with zero charge on it and it says that it should arrive with some amount of charge so I had some concern with that. It says in the manual that it should fully charge within about 2 hours and it took me 5.5 hours so that was also a concern. When using the 510, it seems to work pretty well other than the battery, but people on the other end could hear very faint noises my son was making in the other room through a closed door so background noises are not filtered out well. When working with customer service regarding my battery issues, they didn’t really act interested in helping so I am getting a better speaker phone from my company to replace the Speak 510.

I find this product very easy to use, with simple Bluetooth connectivity controls so I can connect and disconnect my phone with a simple press of a button. Where my cell coverage is spotty, I have been able to locate my phone while charging and conduct long term calls without inadvertently moving the phone to a poorer signal location. The audio has been excellent.

2 stars, first off , not enough instructions in the booklet. very touchy when moving it around, accidentally touch any part and you'll get a response. yes it's designed to be touch sensitive but i feel the design shape is poor so if you do try to move it it's near impossible to not get a response. also (and maybe this is my fault) I thought I could also use it as a speaker for videos on my PC but I can't get it to work although it says it's connected by blue tooth to PC. so bottom line, poor manual, poor physical design and Doesn't work as a speaker for vids.

I really like this little compact unit. It is perfect for using in a small office for online meetings and conference calls. The setup was straight forward and easy. With either Bluetooth or cable connection the Speak 510 switches on and connects up very quickly.
