I bought this model to replace a 5 year old model and I love it. It fixes a few issues I had with my old one. Jabra is a bit pricier than competitors but worth it. I tried out a competing product and it was inferior to the Jabra in all categories. Things I like: - Comfortable (i'm on calls 4-8 hours a day and its comfortable) - Battery life (I have been getting over a day of talk time per charge) - Good sound quality - Good wireless range (no dead spots around my house) - Works well with both softphone and cell phone connected. Using the headset for either option is seamless

The design is very promising, but little quirks like the end key won't actually disconnect you when in a webex/zoom meeting, drive me batty. Sometimes I have to unplug the phone just to get it to know that the call ended.

The Jabra Engage 75 literally has every possible option I could have wanted in a headset. Got a call on the work phone? Answer on the headset. Got a personal call? Answer on the headset. wanna listen to music/videos? Listen on your headset. The kicker that makes this product the best is the priority routing! On a personal call, but your work phone starts ringing? Answer on your headset and it will automatically place your personal call on hold while you answer your work phone. Listening to music and a personal/work call comes in? Answer on your headset, and it will automatically pause all play options and prioritize your call. Best headset for work I've ever used.

Fantastic range, even in the middle of a manufacturing facility. Pairing is flawless and the audio/sound great. No one complains about any background noises from the production equipment outside the office.

Finally! An all-in-one solution that just works. I have a Polycom IP335 VoIP desk phone through RingCentral, a Surface Book 2 with Surface Dock, and an iPhone X, Skype with a Unlimited World subscription, and I use Dragon Naturally Speaking Professional for dictation. I tried the Plantronics Savi7xx (a nice bit of tech) but could not get it to work with the Polycom -- I could hear the other person but they could not hear me). Emailed Plantronics support but no response. Also, with the Savi headset bluetooth was connected through the base station, so range was limited to ~ 30 feet from the base station. Enter the Jabra Engage 75. Plugged the headset cable and the Jabra Polycom adapter into the back of the desk phone, and a USB cable to the Surface Dock. Followed the instructions displayed on the 75's base station to connect to the iPhone. The tricky part was the settings for the Polycom, but thankfully the second result from a Google search turned up a YouTube video that made it easy-as. Once that was done, everything just works. A call comes in on the Polycom and I pick up the 75 headset from the base station to answer, or if I'm already wearing it, tap the center button to answer and end the call. The base station also displays options during a call. Same for Skype. Same for iPhone. The 75's base station connects to the iPhone's bluetooth but communicates with the headset through RF -- this means that as long as the phone stays near the base station I can roam up to 300 feet. The headset is very comfortable, but I would have preferred if the mic's boom was flexible instead of being rigid and unadjustable. Perhaps that is because I was used to having one that was, and will get used to it over time. I am told I can be heard clearly through all calling types. Well done, Jabra. I am very pleased with the Engage 75.

Works great with my computer and office phone. I bought this to use with Skype business but I have not had the opportunity to check this yet but since it is certified for this use, I do not foresee an issue. Thus far I have no to little complaints. I have found that the sound is often muted so I have to press the button on the headphone to active it but once I understood this, I have not had any issues with receiving sound. The quality is good and works with my computer training videos as well. I have not linked this to my personnel phone so I cannot comment on this use. Much better than the previous Logitech headset I was using. I highly recommend this headset.

The Engage 75 exceeds my expectations. I was able to connect: VoIP desk phone, analog phone, PC & cell phone... all to the base. I have been able to free up a TON of much needed desk space and can seemlessly switch between the different devices. The headset range is also amazing. I have been able to walk to my neighbors house and still stay connected to the base... also without any loss in voice quality. This product is TOTALLY amazing and I highly recommend it!

I have used several headsets over the years and the Engage 75 is by far the best one I have ever used. This headset can connect with an office phone, cell phone, and soft phone and it has been crystal clear since day one. I highly recommend this headset to anyone in the market.

The Jabra Engage 75 is a comfortable, good sounding wireless headset. It's easy to setup and configure. The base station is good looking and I like that the display includes a clock. The only downside to this headset is the it's extremely poor range. Even though I have it configured for the longest range, audio quality degrades beginning at about 20' from the base station and at 30' speaking is not possible. My 10 year old Plantronics unit had a much longer range.

Having wireless is awesome. The calls on the engage 75 are crystal clear, features are robust and customizable. The best part about the engage 75 is how it can connect so many devices all at the same time. No more manually switching between my music, cellular calls, desk phone calls and soft phone calls. I highly recommend this product and the jabra's customer service.

I prefer the 9470 over this model. Its easier to select which device you want to use. The sound quality is better though.

Good sound quality and very comfortable for long time use per day (more than 4 hours). Also goods battery life time. I just find the cancelling noise is not efficient enough on voice coming from people in the same room.

I work in a bullpen whee noise is a factor so I need to reduce noise both to me and from me. This headset is not noise cancelling but does reduce noise so that I don't bother my neighbors and I don't often have interrupting noise where I am working. It was a little confusing to set up but I was able to make it work and it works great.

This is a great product. I love that I can use this for my desktop phone and also with Skype. It's nice only having one headset to meet all my needs. Set up is a little confusing and took a little trial and error, but was able to figure it out and get set up.

Menus are hard to navigate through and documentation that comes with the headset is poor. Have had issues with sound quality. DOesnt work consistently well. Often have had issues with pairing to laptop. Also had to buy an additional adapter to make it work., which cost an additional $50.

I put this rating because when I receive a Bluetooth call from my mobile phone, It cut my webinar or my skype meeting, this is the worse thing ever. Even when you configure with less priorities

I got my 3rd Jabra Evolve 75 because 1st headset became dead after Jabra Direct firmware update and 2nd headset not pairing with mobile and laptop together and with mobile. I don't know why his headset giving this sever issue to me. There is a need to heave improvement in their implementation and performance. I can't recommend this product to anyone else.

The headset is quite comfortable and has excellent sound quality. The stereo headset is easy enough to use on a single ear if you need to listen into the ambient sound, and the sound isolation with both earpieces in place is very pleasant. The only issue I've had is with the automated set-up process, which creates a few bad settings and leaves you with bad microphone sound quality until resolved.

I am enjoying this headset. I have it paired to my office phone and my computer. I answer calls for our business and spend a great deal of time speaking with people on the phone. It has been the rare caller who has been unable to hear me clearly. I appreciate the ability to press a button to easily hear conversations around me. I like that I can listen to music through my computer and that it stops automatically when a call comes through. I like muting conversations by simply lifting the mic. I find after a few hours of wearing the headband causes me some discomfort. I wish there was more padding for extra comfort.
