The headphones feels too tight / press inward, and I cannot wear them longer than 2hrs. With or without glasses they're snug on my head. ANC is good idea though it is a bit uncomfortable to have ON on its own; feels like in-ear pressure. It is a bit easier to bear when listening to music or something through the headphones. I like the busy signal light; would nice to be able to manually turn it on with what I thought was a on/off toggle button on side of headphones. Microphone arm is good distance from face, glad it swivels so I can push it out of the way. Love the colors!

Pros:
- Excellent active noise cancellation
- Excellent passive noise insulation / isolation
- Great mic / audio quality for calls
- Good audio quality for listening to music (could use more bass)
Cons:
- Hissing noise when used with Evolve 80 Link to USB
- Ear cushions not wide enough (Jabra 1.5" width vs Sony MDR-ZX780DC 1.75", see photo)
- Headset doesn't adjust enough for bigger heads
- Headset is heavy and uncomfortable after wearing for an hour
- 47" cord length is too short
- Cord is not removable / replaceable

The sounds quality is pretty good both on headphones and the microphone.
Our company had purchased about 20 headsets for us to use, but about half of them have had issues with the USB dongle. It has stopped working after it flashed. The headset will work when it is plugged directly into the computer or a working dongle.
Kind of disappointed that we have to send back the entire headset to replace the USB dongle.

- For voice only, the quality is very very good. Speech only is easy to understand.
- Music lacks voice and gets easily distorted and congested.
- Turning on the noise cancelling, removes the bass and high levels saturate very easily.
- The device settings "Tone setting" function does not do anything to improve the music reproduction.

Very nice offering. A little wanting on the low-end, I think. But, this isn't engineered as a studio monitor headset. So, I suppose we can forgive that. As a workplace noise solution, it works very well. The headband is comfortable, and I am able to wear the headphones for several hours at a time without discomfort.
The audio pass through on the right ear-cup is a pretty nice touch.

I purchased the Evolve 80 because I needed an effective way to eliminate background noise when on a conference call on my computer.
I found the Evolve 80 was very effective. My voice was crisp and clear and I was able to hear others on the call with clarity. It was especially helpful when listening to people with accents.

These headsets really help filter out background noise. Work in a lively setting with a lot of phone / conversation activities; the Evolve 80 fits completely over my ears and the noise reduction work magic to where I don't hear anyone else's conversations. My last headset didn't fit over my ears or offer noise cancelling - and I found myself compensating by talking louder during audio conferences. Now I can hear myself and am back to speaking in a normal (inside) level! Like being able to switch to my smart phone as well as music. Really impressed - and now a few other coworkers ordered a set as well!

Comfortable product with great sound and microphone quality.
I'm predominantly using the product in relation to meetings and value features like transferring calls between PC and Android phone.
This device has a couple of problems in that context.
After transferring call to phone, and moving away from PC, the loosing or gaining of (even sporadically) contact to the PC interrupts the primary stream between headset and phone.
When one stream is active I couldn't care less, in case of sporadic regain of connection to PC (Jabra 360)
Second issue is if something happens on the passive channel the active channel (sound and mike) is interrupted with sound for new email or similar. So when speaking to someone on the primary channel, my voice is lost for several seconds due to an email.
Mitigation:
2) Turn off Bluetooth on phone when in meetings on PC.
1) don't have a good mitigation, "Jabra direct" don't have a turn off BT in relation to Link 360. Only option is to pull out the USB connector.
Just purchased a Jabra Halo device. Love the sound and long run time. It has the exact same problems as mentioned above, although a bit more verbose. "two devices connected" + vibrator is really not interesting when doing garden work and getting in spurious reach of my sleeping PC.
Good devices, but the SW could need a touch up

I have been using the Evolve 80 headset at work for several months. They are incredibly comfortable to wear for an entire workday. I spend a lot of time on the phone but in between calls I use them for streaming music. The passive noise cancellation from the ear cushions is enough that I don't need to use the Active Noise Cancellation in my work environment. With the ANC feature turned on, it is almost too much for my surroundings. When it comes to making phone calls, I have gotten very positive feedback on the sound quality. I have been asked several times if I was on a headset and then what headset I was using.
More positives about this headset, it is great for applications outside of a phone headset. It has great sound quality for music. I have also tested it out on gaming consoles and it out-performed my noise-cancelling gaming headset.

This is just a great headset. I use it in a open office environment and I barely hear when others in on the phone or is talking.
The reason for only 4 stars, is that, it is a little to tight and after about a 1½ hours use, it start to hurt a bit. But maybe it just because I need more time to get used to it

I think this device is the best option to sit in front of your desktop/laptop and manage handsfree calls.
Especially in loud environments this headset is a MUST!
Maybe without cable but with this awesome control button on the table it would be even more cool. Otherwise you're never going in to low batterie problems.

In general product works what is a good side of it.
Headset is rather big what some people would rate as good some as bad design. But simple - they are what they are.
Niece packaging niece wearing cover.
But still I was expecting better noise cancelation. It works but not as good as in Bose that I was using before.
For office good news is that mic is not taking sourounding noises.
Transferring calls never worked for me...

I love the headphones. I can now participate in conference calls in my cubicle without needing to mute my connection the whole time. The setup gave me a small amount of difficulty but the technician was able to help and since then it has worked flawlessly.

Very good headset for Skype for Business.
The headset is comfortable to wear for long periods. Set up and pairing is very easy and only takes a few minutes.
Battery life seems very good. I've be on calls and I've streamed audio for >6 hours continuously and I've still maintained > 70% battery charge.
Docking in the cradle can be a bit tricky. Sometimes lining up the charging port and the cradle is easy and happen on the first attempt. Other time it takes me 2-3 attempts to line everything up. However, that is not a deal breaker.
ANC is very nice .... this headset has a bit bigger ear cups and they fit on the ear. The end result is you get the ANC benefits without the isolated (in a tin can) feeling you get with the Evolve 80.
I was skeptical of the shorter boom arm however I'm told my voice is crystal clear for those on the far end. The shorter boom arm also lift out of the way eliminating any obstruction.
