- Easy to set up & pair with cell phone
- Excellent quality headset. Both mic & hearing are high quality noise reduction. It's light weigh and doesn't bother ear or head
- It's duel purpose and will connect with both Cell phone & Land line which is very handy.
- If connecting to land line you may want to purchase accessory so you don't have to lift the receiver before using the headset (wish I would have know in advance so I could have orderred it right away).
- Talk time is excellent reducing the need to hook the headset on the docking station.

Keeps disconnecting and Windows popup says "there was an error with the USB device, it malfunctioned the last time it was plugged in".
When it works, it is awesome, but I use my 10.00 Walmart headset 90% of the time. I've downloaded drivers, Jabra Direct and updated Windows. Still having issues.

Im reviewing the jabra 930 mono headset.
I purchased this product to use with my computer.
( a softphone application)
I have owned the product for about a month and have used it with multiple softphone applications.
I like that it is lightweight so I can wear it 8 hours and it doesnt hurt my.head or war at the end of the day.
I do charge the headset when I goto lunch as the battery does not last through my entire shift, but the charging is fast. 20 minutes seems to get a full charge.
I believe the reason the battery doesnt last is due to my software settings within the jabra software.
Originally, I used jabra direct 2.0 and it would disconnect the audio link between the computer and the headset base when I was not talking. This lead to a 2-3'second delay in hearing sounds in the headset, which caused some missed calls.
I went back to jabra direct 1.0 and that software has the.option to keep the audio link open which does not have a delay and works just like I need. But I think that contributes to the battery drain.
All and all, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I have a wireless set. The unit I purchased does not work with my phone system in the manner the Jabra tech said it would. The ear hook assembly is very uncomfortable and it is heavy. It's difficult to keep in place. The clarity of sound is excellent all around.

It was quite incredible to see how such an expensive headset could provide such poor sound quality.
Terrible dynamic response and terrible sound reproduction.
It also feels very cheap.
It is worth 1/10th of its cost.

We have been wanting a headset for our phone systems for a very long time. We are a very busy medical practice with lots of phone through out the day, and were looking for something that would help our staff talk on the phone without hurting their necks and being able to answer the phone away from the desk if need be. And it has done exactly what we are after. The team have been very helpful when we have had questions and we are very happy with the purchase.

The manual I have for the Jabra Pro 930 says to click on items to see or hear what the headset will do (colors LED on headset and sounds in the headset) but since pdf the links do not work. You cannot find a user manual easily that does have this on line.

The product is easy to install and easy to use. It has great range and I have not yet had client tell they could not hear me or that my signal I s breaking up or there is static on the line. Good Product!

I really dislike this headset. While the sound quality is good, the design is poor. The corner of the headset band sticks into the top my ear. If it were recessed, the problem would be solved. Also it's awkward to dock in the cradle. It takes many attempts to angle it just right...

I use this with work and this is one of the best bluetooth headsets I have every used.
With the base/charging station. I am able to stay on a meeting while I am feeding the chickens outside about 600 ft +

Easy to install and use, work perfectly fine with my CISCO phone. Just don't forget to find the correct setting to match your phone. ( The small dial in the back of the base)

This is an amazing headset, the clarity of audio and the volume of my mic are perfect. No one complains that they can hear me anymore. I am using my Dragon NaturallySpeaking software to speak this review with this headset, it works wonderfully with Dragon.
It also works very well with Skype, I use it for all of my business calls as my company uses Skype for internal communications.
I also love the range of this headset, my previous the Skype headset had a limitation of about 15 feet from the computer before it would start breaking up or disconnecting. With this his one I can walk all over my house, go to the kitchen to get a cup of coffee, go outside in the driveway and pick up a package, etc. without any kind of break up in the connection.
I highly recommend this headset.

Sound is clear and crisp. Range is great. The volume and mute buttons are all together so it takes a moment to make sure you are pushing the mute button instead of the volume up or down button

This device is very innovative. It can connect for use either my desk phone, mobile phone and computer. The sound is clear and frequency range is considerable. The set up is a little bit confusing but devoting some time to set it up properly will help

Light comfortable enough to wear for hours at a time. Longest usage has been about 2 hours straight using about 20% battery. Sound quality excellent for both playback and recording of voice I have not played anything complicated like music through them. Removal of ambient noise is very good. We have a loud talker in our office and his conversations have often been picked up by our previous headsets these completly remove him from the call allowing the person on the phone to be heard and not the chat in the office.

Clarity is excellent and still maintains good range with my mobile. No caller/receiver can guess that I am using a headset or mobile service. I have not yet tried with a soft phone. It at least matches my more expensive Sennheiser headset attached to a VOIP desk phone.
Headset looks better quality in the flesh than some online photos and the headband tab/handle is quite handy.
