Would of given a 5 but like with the majority of BTs I've owned to big to fit comfortably for longer periods of time.

My old large earpiece that went over the top of my head and covered m entire ear, died. Looked at jabra since their reputation was good, and the new technology alowed me to get and over the ear, short, light steel!!
So far, love it. Does what they say, easy to hear in my loud truck, and no complaints from people I am talking to, so the pickup speaker must meet the outside noise requirements also

Certainly the best headset I’ve ever had - and I’ll bet I’ve had ten different models. Rugged and efficient, long battery, great sound, simple use. I like it a lot!

After doing a lot of research I chose this. I am very satisfied. It fits comfortably. The audio is clear and not distorted. The microphone is excellent according to people I have asked while speaking to them through the unit. It was reasonably priced and seems to be a rugged Design built to last.

The product is an excellent product with an excellent app. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the rubber earpiece cover should have been designed going up more instead of to the side so the sound would be better. I put a hole in the top of the yellow rubber earpiece and now I have no problem with the sound volume but I think it was your job to figure that one out not mine to have to cut it out

I use this headset in a hands free setup with my ham radio in my vehicle. I like the shape of the inside the ear portion. That feature makes it easier to hear weak or noisy transmissions. The most positive improvement for my application might be an impedance adjustment. A bit, but an improvement would be to move our charging connector so that one need not remove the wind dampening foam to charge the battery.

The first unit began having issues with volume control even when my phone was on high. The manufacturer has replaced it and I am using the replacement unit with no issues -yet- have had replacement a few weeks and time will tell. Very rugged unit, easy to control answering calls and the person on the other end doesn’t isn’t listening to background noise.

Well to begin with, I have tried all accessories that were included, and not one of them will help keep the Jabra in my ear. They just will not stay in place. They continue to fall out and almost lost them several times.
I need them when I drive a shuttle bus as I am not allowed to use a hand held device. The Jabra could definitely use a volume control, as it is very difficult to hear anything through this device.
I would not recommend the Jabra Steel to anyone.

The answering button is difficult, you need nail to push it hardly, not the normal finger tip push, otherwise it seems to reject the incoming call often....so I`m not very happy about it.

I enjoy the multiple ear buds for smaller ears, like mine!
Fits well in my ear and allows me to hear clearly with my phone or when I want to switch from a call and back to music.
