Decent sound for only in one ear. The problem I have with it is that it does not fit well in my ear. After a few minutes of wearing it starts to hurt. I also tried it with the other ear piece that supposed to be a cushion but i have the same results.

Unit would not hold a charge for more than an hour. Bought it at the Shaw AFB Exchange while traveling. Could not return it, Robins AFB Exchange would not allow me to return it.

I replaced a broken Jabra Talk with the Style. I would go back to a Talk in a heartbeat if I could find one - the Style has definite battery issues, right out of the box. The Talk would definitely last for all day plus, the Style I can barely get 5 hours out of with the exact same usage. It was so bad (for instance, after a full charge, the Assist program shows the battery level @ 87%), I returned it and got another one, thinking it must just be a faulty unit, but ther ersults have been the same.

Challenges: ear hook tightness - heat plastic and reshape. It is perfect now. I barely notice it on.
Charging port tightness - you just get used to it.

Had to call support line just to find out how to make a call. The unit works well and callers on the other side indicate that you are clear.

I really love my new Jabra. It is better than I thought it would be. I can actually easier when I'm driving. the background / road noise doesn't make it harder to hear. I is just right.

I only give this 3 stars. It's an okay product and worth the price. But you cannot go far away from the phone device or the quality goes down. Static on the phone. Also there is an annoying beep on the headset if you have it on mute that beeps every 10 seconds that I cannot seem to shut off. The update on my Windows OS will not cooperate with Jabra and therefore does not recognize Jabra software which makes the use very limited.

The Jabra Style works great and the sound quality is excellent but the controls do take some getting used to but other than that it's a great piece of technology and I highly recommend it.

I mistakenly left my Bluetooth headset in my shorts pocket and did my laundry it went full wash and still able to work after 2 days. Excellent product

Ear piece is so uncomfortable. Top of ear actually was Irritated and red after wearing just a few hours. Switched to other side and had same results. Should’ve purchased the Apple brand.

I purchased this to replace my old Jabra, exact model that is 3 years old. I loved my old one but this one looses the signal within a few feet from my phone. So i find i have to carry my phone with me:(
