I really like your product except for 3 things. #1. No app was available for download. #2. I am having trouble in changing the earbuds they seem too small to change over. #3. Music does not play load enough.

These are great headsets, earphone audio is exceptional as well as the microphone. Out of nearly 3 years of owning several of these, I have yet to can any connection issues with the wireless. They are comfortable as an all-day headset in the office or dry outdoor setting and fit securely on ear. HOWEVER, on every one of these headset I have owned, the glue holding the rubber/silicone boot from the main unit to the earpiece has failed at about the 1-year mark (most just shy of). The first two that failed were quickly replaced via RMA by Jabra Support (top-notch people) however, those failed as well at 10 mo. & 12 mo. In addition, about 50% of the headsets I owned (or been issued) have had the glue for the metallic grille (steel mesh) on the boom mic release causing the grille to fall off. I tried gluing them back on but have yet to found a glue that will adhere to the plastic.
I really do like these headsets and aside from the glue issues, I would have given them a 6 out of 5 star review. Nevertheless, for the price paid for these (full Jabra Motion UC with Travel & Charge MS Kits), I would expect a few years of service from these but unfortunately, I have yet to have one make it beyond 12-14 month mark. Including the two where I received the RMA replacements, I have had eight since the beginning of 2017. Of the six I currently have, none of them are in usable condition (two were returned to Jabra during the RMA). I tried Jabra’s warranty checker to have them repaired or replaced on these but it fails to recognize the serial number as a valid number. Upside is that I do have 8 working Jabra Link 360 MS USB adapters now which have phenomenal range that work with both my Jabra Elite Active 65t headsets… :-)
Now I am torn on whether to buy a new kit for business use or look for an equivalent headset that lasts longer.

The device worked well but the size was too big for my ear. It hurt after a few hours. Sorry but I had to return it.

10/10 for voice quality
7/10 for build quality in terms of its durability
10/10 for its elegant design, feel and comfort in use.
I have retained this one for more than 3 years as a daily companion. Thinking to order another one as the current one is now losing its shape. Although delicately handled, but still wouldn't last much longer if a keep it in regular use.

Stays linked to phone (a problem with previous headsets). A little difficult to get properly in place on ear, **especially** without clicking the button that disconnects calls. Wish the "boom" could be flipped to OFF while wearing it. Didn't use it a lot while on first charge, but charge lasted a LONG time.

Ilike the Jabra but it does not work most of the time when I when I try to call someone. It says say a command, I do and it says say a command. I say it again and it doesnt understand. Very frustrating.

I have been using Jabra Bluetooth headsets for several year. The Motion has the same high quality. I'm happy to say the length of battery life has improved over the previous Jabra headsets I have used. This headset would be even better if the width of the device with the volume control was thinner, which would make it easier to put behind my ear.

I am not crazy about this product, because:
1. Can't hear real well out of it.
2. It doesn't fit very well in your ear.
3. It is kind of uncomfortable.

Won’t stay connected to its Bluetooth source. Randomly lost all audio during calls and online meetings even after moving the laptop it was connected to within arms reach. Audio would drop for about 6 - 10 seconds then resume. Sent it back. I’ve never had a Bluetooth device drop audio like this one.

The Jabra Motion has a great volume range. Easy to pair as soon as it flips open. easy to find on/off button with your finger. The downside is the flip down voice beam is kinda flimsy. I've had 4 Motions and I end up with scotch tape holding the beam on.
BTW,
The Jabra Steel says it's for workers... But, there is no volume so you can not hear in noisy environments. very disappointed in the Steel.

For ME, this gets 5 stars. I am very cheap and buying a new headset was a leap of faith. The reviews are always glowing without enough detail to know if it will truly work for you.
The Jabra Motion exceeds my expectations. First and foremost, the volume is plenty loud. This was the main reason why I bought a new headset. Secondly, the unit fits pretty well in my ear. The earpiece is a bit big such that it is somewhat difficult to wear glasses at the same time. The headset is comfortable enough that I usually wear it at home in my office and can wear it for long time wihtout issue. Finally, I like the battery life. The unit announces the remaining battery time which is a nice feature.

Good product thus far. The only negative I have found is the same complaint that I have with any audio component that nestles into the ear canal in that I have a hard time finding a comfortable position for it. The Audio commands don't sync completely with my phone either but I am usually in a position that if I need to make a call I can pull over to the side of the road or into a parkinglot.
