Sound is great but doesn't do well when Bluetoothed, subwoofer disconnects often. Have had it for 4 years and have dealt with this constantly. Definitely won't be buying a jbl home sound system again - I'll stick to the smaller speakers

I was having trouble with the popping sound since few months when I play content via Bluetooth.I tried all options like hard reset and adjusting bass and volume but issue remained the same. This was really annoying. Later I found that the issue happens only when I stream via Bluetooth when I phone to wifi. If I am using mobile data and WiFi was off the popping sound was not there. The Bluetooth and WiFi share the same frequency of 2.4ghz and this created the issue of interference. My WiFi router have 2 freq bands of 2.4 and 5. When I change the WiFi to 5ghz and connected my phone to it the band and when tried streaming via Bluetooth the popping sound stopped. Check yourself and see if that solves your issue.

We have owned for 2 years. Putting aside the sound quality, which is understandably underwhelming at this price point, the real disappointment has been the remote, which only works if held within 3 feet of the device. Yes, you heard me. We swapped in brand new batteries to try and rectify when we received the device and were dumbfounded when that didn't correct the issue. The customer service explanation is that the remote isn't intended for long distances... who in the world sits within 3 feet of their soundbar? Highly disappointing product offering and service resolution from JBL, which was once a premier brand.

Popping like others have said. Customer service fix: take unit to service center an hour away. No shipping. I'm not going to waste 4 hours of my life (1 hr ea way x 2 trips). This is the first and last JBL/Harmon product I'll ever own.

Great product really clear sound and very strong bass. The ability to switch from stereo sound to virtual was also a really import touch. But this product had 2 cons: one that the sub woofer disconnected sometimes by itself and when placed on low volume makes weird sounds

I bought this on black Friday and had no complaints. However after not using it for a month and turning it on again, the subwoofer had no sound. The subwoofer was paired and the bass volume was on max and no sound. Jbl constomer service was of no help what so ever. 3rd jbl device that has failed me. Best thing I got out of this product was destroying the subwoofer. Speaker itself still works, just sound flat without any bass
