I have had mine for 3 years and the sound still stays the same. I love the base response it makes it feel like you are live on the movie set.' A good bang for your buck...

Remote control is very poor quality, one of the buttons jamed in after a few months of use. Subwoofer makes some weird noise sometimes. Would not recommend!

I bought this refurbished. It works awesome. The wireless sub works flawlessly and I haven’t had any wireless signal loss like I get with another Samsung wireless system I have. I am super impressed with this soundbar and sub. I bought some universal mounts and mounted the soundbar on top of my TV. The only issue is that there are no screw holes on the sounbar to attach to. It just has slots where the sounbar sits on the wall mount. I had get a little creative with some 5/16 3” bolts to make it work.

The system was easy to setup and sounded good. The ARC function made it easy to listen to everything through the soundbar. I would recommend it to anyone.

It works with older version of Bluetooth, but I have to connect mp3 player to speaker for music!

Used Cinema SB350 for a month and was extremely satisfied with the performance except for one issue which I will get to later. Soundbar produces crisp and clear sound. Bass from the sub is deep and thumping. First day of setup I was testing it my closet doors were literally rattling. I really loved it except for the fact that the sound goes off once in a while which I used to fix by simply pausing and playing videos. Noticed that it happened only while playing Youtube videos from my Smart TV app. Worked with tech support to troubleshoot and reset it couple of times but it didn't resolve the issue. Tech support was knowledgeable and helpful.

had this now for around 2 years and its been great ! sound quality is good bass is good but one major issue which has annoyed me is the sub keeps making a popping noise , I thought this was a broke sub at first so had my original one replaced under warrantee but the next one I've got does exactly the same, this tends to happen when the volume Is low and does not happen at high volume , unfortunately this has put me off jbl so my next one soundbar will have to be a different brand.

First one had issues with popping sound and returned it. 2nd one has "ALWAYS" had connection issues with subwoofer. Has always been intermittent. Have followed all recommendations. Sounds like a known issue according to reviews.Would not recommend. Wish I had read reviews before purchasing!

Would be nice to sync with jbl flip 4 and charge 3. I use several in the backyard for parties and would like to keep the same music inside and out. Still a fan of all products. This is a excellent sound bar

I have had this sound bar for about 2 years now and here are my feelings on it. The sound quality is excellent very clear and thundering bass from such a small woofer. I love listening to music on this system fills a relatively large room with ample sound and clarity. Pros: Beautiful looking sound bar with solid build quality. Sound quality is very good not audiophile, but great for your average user. Bass is crisp and booming. Cons: After about a year I noticed the Subwoofer start to "pop" randomly it started happening so frequently that I did replace the system and upgrade to another manufacturer. The remote is very cheap. Again after about a year the little remote's buttons were worn out and had holes in them. Overall: Nice product. If you are looking for super high clarity for movies you will need to spend more. At this price point I think they could have put in a better remote. I hope that my system was just a fluke as far as the subwoofer popping goes, but I would still recommend this to friends. JBL makes good stuff. Product would have gotten 5 stars had I not had the subwoofer issue and a better remote.

Very satisfied with the performance of this soundbar! Intense bass performance and the sound quality is very good at the price point. Have to give the durability a thumbs up as my soundbar was knocked off my 1 meter TV cabinet by my cats and it still works like a charm. Only cons I have with the product is the remote overall feels rather cheapish, but at least if it falls it wont break as its so small and light.

The sound bar works well for my TV shows, movies & games. The sub I use with the sound bar for movies and music, it works good for the price I payed for the system. Most people want better and better but this works good enough and I'm happy with it.

I purchased a jbl SB350 sound bar. After months and months of contacting erikson consumer, driving to service location to fix product, and paying 80$ out of pocket to ship the soundbar to you i finally was shipped notice my replacement product which also does not work. After the replacement arrived it had a loud popping noise due to Bluetooth connectivity problems, which is apparently a very common problem according to the reviews on this product. After I contacted customer support to express the problem with the new unit, I was told to do the exact same thing as I did with the last one which was sending it to the service center for repair. I was very unsatisfied how the repair went the first time (took month of me calling and following up/ driving to service locations and was not willing to go through the process again as it will cost another 80$. Jbl SB350 has great sound but very buggy and terrible customer service is provided for the product
