No noise cancelling
I've had these for over a year. I use them almost daily and they are incredibly comfortable and have held up very well. However, I primarily bought them with the goal to have noise cancelling headphones. Even with noice cancelling on, and supposedly adjusting to the sounds around me, I can hear every word of someone's conversation across the room. Buy these if you want to always be aware of your surroundings, not if you want noise cancelling.

2 issues in 1 year + customer service failure
Within a few months of purchasing my headphones, a button snapped off. Replacing with a personalized version would have cost more, so I had to go with the general version. After resending me a shipping label (the first was incorrect) I finally was able to send the faulty headphones in for a replacement. Then, about 6 months later, my headphones started glitching when used on my PC. I texted with customer service, and the representative said they would send me an email with suggestions within 10-15 minutes, but the email never arrived. I then used the Chat With Us function, but instead of answering my question, the customer service representative sent me a link to an external website that required me to spend $1 for a subscription trial ($35 a month after, so I had to make sure I canceled in time). The external app prompted me to spend another $18 for a phone call, which I obviously declined, then the rep ghosted me, so it was a waste of $1 and my headphones still don't work properly.
Within one year, my headphones have had two major issues, and customer service has been atrocious both times. I can't believe I spent over $100 on this product.

nice sound, ok quality, has problems.
in april, my parents got me this with an iphone 16e. its good, had the bass, and other things i like. noise cancellation is good. later on, yesterday, my left ear started making noises. stopping this, i have to hit it a few times to stop. build quality could be a bit better, but i aint complanin.

Engineers shouldn't change what works??
Bought them for my son, replacing a pair of jbl i bought for him 3 years ago. Sound quality still perfect as always with jbl, infinity, and harmon kardon. But the ear pads much smaller. My son not impressed but still satisfied.

Cheap build quality
Meh. Like the noise is good but I've taken care of these things, case them and so many little parts have broken it's ridiculous. Labels are peeling, cracks starting to show in the ear muffs as well. They're a year old, mild to moderately used (tend to use ear buds more) and I'm careful with them so I find the build quality super cheap for what you're paying for. They seemed okay at the beginning. . .but looks were deceiving.

Excellent Product!!!
This is a great set of headphones for the price. The sound is amazing! They block almost all outside noise perfectly. They fit great. All the additional options are a plus. When I realized that there was an app that made adjustments and had an EQ, that was an extra bonus!!! I may have to pick up another pair...just because.

VERY POOR FIT
OVER THE EAR HEAD PHONES:
THE SOUND IS GREAT BUT THE EAR"MUFFS" ARE A VERY POOR FIT. THEY ARE TOO NARROW AND HURT THE EARS AFTER JUST A FEW MINUTES.

Distorted bass and bad software
After the first month the bass got distorted and they stopped connecting to the JBL app. I had to pay for a shipping box to get them replaced by JBL. Now the 2nd pair is doing the same thing after only a few weeks and I barely even use them. I would prefer my money back at this point.

True sound and extremely comfortable
A great product. True sound and comfortable on my ears. Unfortunately my puppy chose to eat the headphones. I will be reordering the same model of headphones.

personalization is of poor quality
The headphones seem to be working well so far. But, the personalization is very shoddily done. It looks like a child's rub-on tattoo. I would NOT recommend getting any sort of personalization. I regret that we did.

Great Headphones
Never had noise canceling headphones. WHat a treat. I fly often and the headphones quiet the outside noise so I can actually sleep on the plan. Playing a movie or music on the plane is awesome you actually can hear the diolog or music with out the outside noise. The price was great. I could not be more pleased.

well, they won't let me curse in my review. so let's just say they suck. won't change on first attempted charge. now i have to do a bunch of running around to get a refund. Just an all around awful experience.

Little disappointed
I got JBL headphone but unfortunately it's not really quality sound when I tried to talk on phone through headphone other side has hard time to hear me this was disappointing but other functions are OK

Great headphones
Excellent headphones. The noise canceling works great and they're comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Sound quality is excellent as you would expect from JBL products.

Couldn't get enough, I got another
I bought customized 660 headphones a few weeks ago. Really enjoyed. Top tier. I bought the customized version after losing my other pair. My only complaint is the design didn't come out quite as I wanted. But still I'm very happy with them.

Not comfortable enough, the ambient sound function has a weird water sound and bass thing going on and sometimes ll turn it off and then itll turn back on. Will I be able to return these without the box? (Serious question)

Good headphones for all ages
We bought these JBL headphones for our 14 year old grand daughter. She picked them out online. When I asked her how she liked them - 'They are working great! The sound canceling and sound quality are great! '

10/10 Headphones, Best Bday Gift to myself
First of all, the custom design came in exactly as I hoped, and I couldn't be more thrilled about that. I've been using these for about 2 weeks now, and I am perfectly happy with my decision to purchase them. I've only charged them one time, and it seems like one charge will last a week or two depending on how much I use them in a day. They're comfortable to wear for hours on end, and the sound quality is amazing. The app features to control sound/noise cancelling are really handy when I'm at work and need to keep an ear out for calls & alerts.
I would like to suggest that the buttons be less sensitive or in a different location on the next gen because I accidentally press them often when taking them off or putting them on. This doesn't make a difference to me personally, but it would be nicer to my Google assistant if it didn't get its hopes up every time I take them off/put them on.
Bottom line - these are amazing headphones and I hope they last me forever.
