I bought this roughly a month ago, and although I do have high expectations for this product, The first box I reviewed was empty. As of now, I am still waiting for the replacement product to begin being shipped to me.

R headphones stated sounding horrible 2 weeks in. When I called JBL to ask for a replacement customer service told me that first I need to send in the headphones and they would send a replacement afterwards. I asked them to send the headphones first but they wouldn't budge. I just didn't want to be without headphones for about 10 days. I am disappointed! Won't buy another JBL product.

I just got these fore christmas and after just 2 weeks the right side wont make any sound wont get into pairing mode and wont go in the talk thru mode just wont work like the left side. This started when I went to clean them.

I got these about 3 weeks ago. They sound fine and are easy to pair, but the battery life is about half of what is advertised. I have been getting 3.5 to 4 hours on a charge.

great audio and confront, the multipoint connection sucks, nothing beats their sound and the call quality on both ends but nothing beats the utility and premium feel of the JLABS PRO

Already disappointed in these. Most of the features are great but when using only one earbud at a time it disables the majority of the functionality. You can't even adjust the noise cancelling which leads to significantly higher battery consumption. Coming from the old Samsung Buds+ these JBLs have left me wanting.

The sound is great but have a hard time getting a good fit in my ear. Probably just my ear but have a hard time getting it to seal in my ear. I activate everything trying to put them in my ear as well. Once installed they are great.

This is the fourth pair we have bought for someone in our family. Great ear buds! 3 pairs are about a year and a half old and just bought another set for someone else.

I bought these earbuds in January, and after about five months, I can say that I'm satisfied with the purchase. They fit in my ears nicely, they even come with different tip options in case you need to size up/down. The sound quality is great for this price range. They don't have any problems staying connected to my phone once they're connected, but they can sometimes be a little slow to connect. That could be due to my phone though, so I won't factor it into my score here.

I love my new JBL they go with me everywhere! Quick trip to the store noise free is the best, gym no one bugs me, work the talk through let's me get the best of both worlds. I also really like being able to select what each one does and quick pauses are super useful. The case is really nice as well ( I tend to drop stuff) after a few falls it still looks brand new! Also it holds a charge very well.

These earbuds as well as the case survived being directly on a 2013 V6 f150 exhaust manifold for an hour. The case also did not melt nor was there hardly any visible damage. Sound is amazing as well as the microphone. The noise cancelling goes the extra mile by actively cancelling out extremely loud noises and not just environmental noise.

I bought this couple months back, but I lost charging case in hotel,I reached customer care and India CEO for a new charging case.No solution, they will sell spare parts and they suggested me to buy aNew one. So this is complete exploitation and not informed while purchasing the piece. Very very poor customer care

Bought these earbuds 3 weeks ago. Best decision I made in along time. I was not expecting the earbuds to be so small, as other earbuds I have had are huge and hanging off your ears. These earbuds fit comfortably in your ears, with their size you hardly even notice them. What beautiful clear music can come out of such a small package. I downloaded the JBL app, and adjusted the equalizer., you can literally hear the percussion and string instruments as clear as you were in the room or concert hall they were being played. I listen to Outlaw Country, Bluegrass, and Classic Rock music, and these earbuds do more than just deliver the sounds. Noise cancellation and ambient sound has to be best in business. Lastly what can I say about battery. I use my earbuds everyday at place of work and get 7 hours out of a single charge. My old earbuds from a competitor, would only get be 2 1/2 hours and then would have to put in charger for quick charge. JBL hit it out of the park with these JBL Live Free 2 TWS

Had these headphones a month and love them, took me awhile to get use to the noise cancelling function but awesome function. Great sound, a good bass. I work in a noisy industry and use these as ear plugs as well as headphones and they block out all excessive noise.

I have earbuds in pretty much all day so comfort and battery life are really important to me. I have more than enough battery to get me through the day and barely even notice I have them in. But the sound quality is where these shine because it's excellent. And even with the ambient aware on I still have great battery life. I'm about to buy a second pair because my daughter loved them so much she kept them. Also I believe these are the best wireless earbuds I own for call quality. Usually people struggle to hear me when on calls but not with these. Love these buds!

My husband bought these for me because I am on conference calls with work all day every day. They are perfect! Noise canceling my calls are crisp and clear. The other attendees can hear me perfectly. They fit easily in my ears. They hold a long charge. For what I needed for work these fit the bill!! The hook up to my cell and then the laptop was a little challenging but you just have to turn the Bluetooth on and off on that device so it knows which one to connect with. I recommend these in ear buds.

The standard audio settings have some decent qualities like their bumping base and good treble. The noise cancelling ability is an okay feature that isn't quite rated for higher pitch ranges. Call volumes are also very quiet especially when only using one ear bud (which I often have to do). Calls also do not allow myself to hear the other person even though they can hear me, mostly with video calls.

Awful experience. Set-up for my phone was fine but for my laptop? "Confusing" is the nicest way to put it. The Instruction Manual is worthless. It provided zero information. Calling for support,? What a waste of time. Eventually, the fourth person I spoke to was able to assist me. The rest were poorly trained For example, the first support rep advised me to solve my problem by cleaning the ear buds? even though they were fresh out of the box. Beyond set-up and service, once I got them working, they didn't fit my ears well and kept falling out. What a waste of time and money! I gave them away - my daughter was willing ti give them a go - and went back to an Apple product.

Once I figured out how to wear them and what taps do what I really enjoyed my ear buds. Great sound, great fit, great noise cancellation all for a good price. Would buy again for sure.

I have had these since April 2023. I wanted to upgrade from the reflect due to the larger driver size in these. While the sound is better, the fit is absolutely terrible. The reflect at least stay in your ears. These will jump out of your ear if you smile to big. What a bummer. Thought these would be good with the award they won but its a downgrade imo.
