The JBL PRX625 is a self-powered lightweight PA speaker designed to provide powerful performance over a broad area. It features a pair of 15" Differential Drive neodymium woofers and a 1.5" neodymium compression tweeter to provide clear audio with a wide frequency response. The drivers are powered by a set of 3 x 500W Class-D Crown amplifiers to provide a strong and efficient performance with low distortion.
The speaker has an XLR/TRS mic/line combo input and an XLR loop-thru connector for connecting mic and line-level devices and instruments. It also features a DSP input section with crossover, a dbx Type IV limiter circuit, component optimization and a selectable system EQ for flat or enhanced bass performance. The speaker is constructed from plywood and has a durable Obsidian Dura-Flex finish and powder-coated steel grille for a life of professional use. It also has a set of 8 x M10 fly points and an M10 pull-back point for vertical or horizontal hanging. A large glass-filled nylon handle with an ergonomic rubber grip is also provided for convenient and comfortable transportation.
