I paid 200$ for this speaker about a year and a half - two years ago. Now his speaker doesn't work correctly at all. The battery takes about 8 hours to fully charge and it only stays like that for about 30 ,minutes while listening to music. It even dies WHILE it's charging. This speaker is so aggravating fr how much I paid and I didn't even hit two years yet. It was an amazing speaker at first, but over time just became trash. Another main problem with this speaker is that if there is a Samsung tv around, it messes up the speakers Bluetooth and the speaker will flash and not play any sound. VERY AGGRAVATING. I would have to move my speaker across the room and re-connect it. I loved this speaker when it worked and I still would if it didn't die on me. I definitely didn't get my money's worth even though I used this speaker a lot. Disappointed in the 1 year warranty because this happened after my one year mark.

Worked fine when i got it turned into the biggest piece after about a year. Was told online i need to upgrade the firmware but it hasn't changed a thing. Way to make a speaker that won't connect via bluetooth.

I bought the speaker a month ago and it was perfect but I downloaded jbl connect and then it the buttons got broken because of an update that had been released and now it is fixed despite being fixed the sound quality has turned bad and I love jbl but this really broke it

Got this speaker as a gift about a year and a half ago and I loved it for the most part. The only thing is that the charger inlet stopped working a couple months ago. a few of my coworkers who also got this speaker claim they are having the same problem with theirs.

Ok so I own 4 of these pulse 2 speakers. They're amazing! Great sound and very durable. Just one question tho. Are they just regular connect or are they connect+?

I bought this speaker brand new not even four months ago. After owning it for about 2.5 months, it began to glitch when playing music and displaying color. At first I thought it was the battery dying, but I knew it wasn't when it started glitching after I had just charged it. So then I thought it was the connection to my laptop or phone (even though they were right next to each other) so I tried connecting the speaker to my devices via aux cord and it still glitched. It has gotten to the point where I can't play music for more than 10 minutes without it giving up on me. I fell in love with the color feature and little space it takes up on a bookshelf or desk, so I am extremely upset with this product. Hoping there is a solution, but I have yet to find one. Hopefully mine is defective so not many others have to deal with this as well.
