I try and try to connect it and only few times it connect then I need to wait forever to it connect again and HOW I CONNECT THE MICROPHONE!

I have these headsets for a year now and I finally have to retired them today. What separate brands like JBL or other companies that specializes in audio hardware compared to gaming headset is that these companies makes great sounding headphones. These quantum 200 has better sound quality and better bass than all of the high end gaming headsets that I had over the years. The sound quality on these headphones are so good that you can game, watch movies and listen to music with clarity. Now this is where these headphones needs to improve. The mic quality is not the greatest. There are moments where I am gaming with friends and at times they will tell me they have a hard time hearing me or my mic sound is too low. Next thing these headphones can improve and this is the main reason why I have to retire them it's the durability. The plastic on these headphones are fragile. I accidently drop the headphones for the first time and the adjustable part on the right side snapped leaving the right ear cups hanging loose from the headband. Also the sound on the right side is now dead too. Overall these headphones have great sound quality, but handle them with care because they might break. In conclusion I don't mind buying these again.

I have had this since August and I did not know the headphone jack was at an angle but I stuck with it and it just broke today which I was not happy with at all but before it did sound pretty good.

Everything about this headset is good, besides the build quality which is trash. One day I stretched it out to put it on my head and it cracked, and later on just broke off. I would suggest buying a headset with a metal frame instead of plastic. and coming from jbl I expected better

Excellent sound, simple looks and first class comfort. Let me start with the build quality. Let's be honest, at this price point there is not a lot you'd expect and this can be felt when hold the headphones. However, it does not feel cheap and it looks well made. So unless you plan to to throw it across the room or smash it on the floor, it will last long. It has a braided cord that is definitely long enough and ends in a 3.5mm jack.(there is a mic/headphone splitter included in the box). The cord has a minimal orange accent that won't be disruptive if you have a certain colour themed set up The sound quality is very good too. It is on the soft side, but every detail can be heard in games. It is especially shines in games where there is a big emphasis on music. I played a bit of Neon Abyss when i got the headphones and it was an absolute joy. Listening to music is also a pleasant experience from heavy metal through pop to dubstep, no matter your taste these headphones will not disappoint. For gaming and calls there is a tilting microphone. The microphone quality is good and you can mute it simply by lifting. It is slightly adjustable as the cover is not hard plastic. For anyone who wants RGB on a headphone this will be boring as there are no light anywhere. The headphones still look very nice and it will fit whatever set up you have. Last but not least, comfort. I have glasses, so one of my biggest annoyances is the enormous pain that I feel as the headphones slowly push my glasses inside my skull, leaving the eternal mark of the gamer nerd with glasses. I obviously over exaggerated, but the pain is still real. I was so happy to find that this is NOT the case with these headphones. These are the most heavenly comfortable pair I ever used. The box states the pads are made of memory foam and it surely feels like that. Even after a couple hours long gaming session I feel absolutely good. The light weight of the headset and cushion on the arc helps a lot. I can't praise the comfort enough. In overall I am extremely satisfied an would definitely recommend these headphones.

I've only had these headphones for a week but they have already impressed me! I bought them for my online classes and they are comfortable enough to be worn for hours at a time. They cover my whole ear, which helps block out a lot of the noise and the audio comes in clearly with no static or feedback. The mic is great because it flips up to mute and picks up speech well. I'll be keeping these long after I finish school given they last, which I have no doubts they will.

It is a very comfortable headset to wear for extended periods of time and the feature of the mic going mute when tilted upwards is very useful. One thing I noticed was that the cable makes noises that can be heard through the headset as you move around. It either needs the cable to be more rigidly connected to the headset or maybe some sort of lubricant to stop it from making slight creaking noises. Overall, it is a very nice headset.

All over great experience but want to control the sensitivity of the mic as in my one room six people are using same headed and voice exchage. I use it for calling from mobile. Call centre.

Just got these Quantum 200 headphones and must say I am definitely happy with them! They are pretty simple, basic gaming headphones with all the features you need and none that you don't. When you first get the headphones, give them around 20 hours of burn in / usage time and the sound will become exceptional for gaming and movies. You won't be disappointed, especially for the price! Pros: 1. Balanced Sound Quality: These headphones are definitely mid and high centric for sound details in gaming and movies, however the bass gets better over time. Clean, clear and balanced would be a way to describe it. 2. Clear Microphone: The mic is super easy to use with the easy flip mute on and off. It has great sound quality with very little background noise. My online teams remarked on how clear my mic sounds now. Everything in the volume is super easy to get adjusted and dialed in. 3. Great Price: The value of these headphones is a bit beyond the retail price they are asking. This is a tough set of headphones for the price and I really can't ask for more in the value department! Its got decent sound, great microphone, rugged build quality and simple to use. Cons: Require break in to get the full sound quality. Just use them and over around 20+ hours, everything goes from okay sounding to beyond decent. Just use them and expect the sound to get better and better. Other than that, I have no complaints! All in all, I think this is definitely a great budget minded gaming headset. They have all the right features and nothing beyond that. Super comfortable with durable design, long cable, intuitive controls and clean sound. A simple, quality pair of headphones that will last and get you thought the game with ease. Way to go JBL!

Sound: I use these headphones for fps gaming, meetings, and for music as well. They are great for meetings, great mic quality, and the tuning is solid for people's voices. For gaming, again the tuning is great, I can hear all footsteps crazy well, better than my current go to gaming headset, but the sound stage size could be bigger. While i hear all the footsteps, the exact location is a little more difficult to pick up. As far as music, they are decent, but I would not buy this primarily for music audio quality. Definitely a v shaped sound signature (so it's surprising they work well for meetings).

I have many jbl products and couldn't wait for the headset to release! I had these for two months and the swiveling joint that connects the headband to the headphone has somehow broken! I'm really careful with my headsets because I know they can break easy but I just don't think that join is a good design at all or it need to be thicker around the ball joint! It's a shame because othere than that they have been great for the money

I got a late start using this because my audio out port was broken. When compared to my bluetooth headphones, I've definitely noticed improved audio voice quality when on conference calls and on discord. The people I work and game with have commented as such as well, so that's a major improvement. Sound quality is good without offering excessive noise isolation/cancellation, which to be honest, is a refreshing thing as it allows me to not be blasted by the incoming noise. The build quality is good although the headset feels a little stiff and I can't wear it comfortably for an extended duration.

I use this for multiplayer gaming on my console and they work great. The stereo is quick to respond to any noise and thanks to the headphones, I'm able to tell which direction it came from much more clearly than just using my TV's speakers. The mic is also very easy to use and switch to mute when you don't need it.

Had these now for a couple weeks and man I love them. The sound quality is great and the feel is unreal! They feel awesome on our head even after wearing them over an hour. The overall quality is great as well. The mic picks up great, maybe a little to good as you can hear yourself breathe. Volume control is very easy to use and access. Overall I would highly recommend these to anyone.

They are great there only stereo but when you activate Dolby Atmos surround sound on pc and Xbox it does a decent job of simulating surround sound. I also like that they are not heavy, but they don't feel cheap. The high frequency and bass is really good and the volume cranks up loud with out any amplification. On PS4 and Nintendo switch the sound was good. The only complaint I have is the volume dial is very loose so it goes from too low to high too fast, if they would tighten that up a bit so you have more fine tune control over the volume it would be welcomed. I tested the microphone on destiny 2 and my voice was crystal clear and did not pick up alot of background noise. The ear cushions are super soft and did not cause me to sweat after 4 hours of play. At the entry level of sub $100 bucks I think they are a good investment and will use these on pc from now on instead of my $300 Astro A50s, because they are so light on your head and the sound quality especially with Dolby Atmos switched on is very good

Overall the headphones are great, the sound is amazing and the headphones are extremely lightweight. It doesn't hurt to keep them on for an extended amount of time. The sound quality could have been better.

The headphones treble and base are very good. For the most part the headphones are comfortable but after some time the headphones hurt my head. The head phone jack doesn't always fit my PS4 controller which causes the microphone not to work. With slight modification of sliding the headphone jack into the PS4 controller the microphone starts to work. Other than that these are great headphones for value

These headphones are a nice set of headphones. The sound is good, and the microphone works very well. JBL has always provided very good sounding headsets and it has not disappointed me. I really like the switch on the swide which lets you have the game music on low or high, you can mute the TV and sound still comes into the headphone, nice feature. There are two things I think would really help me these headphones be even better. One is the foldable earphone pieces so that it's easier to carry around or store, similar to most wireless JBL headphones today. Also, a detachable auxiliary cable that connects the headset to the controller/auzxiliary port, because sometimes especially wired headsets the cable gets pulled on and after a while of use it can have a shortage, So you could just replace the auxiliary cable and be back in action in no time. Overall, very nice set of headphones. Please note, this product was sent to me on behalf of JBL, however; a fair and honest review was provided.
