Unfortunately these weren't the headphones for me, but I thought it worth rating the returns procedure which was easy to use, with labels to print provided and a speedy return of purchase costs

Disclaimer: I haven't bought this product but is testing it for Review Club. I have tested this product for the past weeks and here is my overall results. Overall it is an ok headset, it does not compare to the best wireless headsets, but it is definitely a good buy for the price. To sum up. Pros: * The headset is a good fit on the head and around the ears (on me at least). * You won't get really sweaty ears. * The sound quality is quite good with speak, but (see cons) * Batterry life is good. Before I got an update it did not automatically turn off when not used, so if you forgot to turn it off - battery got drained. This was solved via software update * Very nice app to adjust sound. Cons: * The sound quality when listening to music is not really good. There are some twitches in the sound when you listen so don't expect HIFI quality. * The overall appearance of the headset does not appear as a high-end product as both weight and looks is a little bit cheap (which it basically is compared to other products). * The headset is based on a dongle so you cannot use it for more devices or even your phone.

Bought these today as one of the few devices that claims to work with the Switch. Unfortunately it only seems to work with the Switch when in docked mode and doesn't work wireless when the Switch is in handheld, which kind of defeats the purpose of them working with Switch. Will be retuning them tomorrow.

Awesome! Can play for hours and it has great sound so you feel like you're in the game. Highly recommend getting one if you're into gaming or even if you're on the phone a lot for work. Very easy to set up

Really enjoyed wearing these! Had them on for like 3-7 hours and they were not hurtful the ears or my head. I have a quite small head and they still sat in place the whole time. I unfortunately had issues with the connection and the people I was talking to both during work meetings and gaming like cs go and so on was actually very disappointing.. the sound was amazing for music and podcasts, but definitely not for live talking. I had to take the sponge off the mic cause people could barely hear me. When I took it off, much better, but with connection fails..

The JBL Quantum 350 Wireless are really impressive. They sound great and clean, and connect instantly. I tried them with work on teams where it delivered smoothly and connected them to Nintendo Switch docking. It was overall great.

I've had the joy of the JBL Quantum 350, and it's clearly one of the best headsets I've used. There is a great sound in them, so you do not miss important sounds when playing, for example, CS-GO. They also have a super good reproduction of music. They are easy to operate, definitely worth a purchase.

Amazing sound quality and call connectivity. I use it for attending virtual meetings. Easily switches between mobile and desktop. Most amazing feature is removable mic. But the best experience comes from gaming. Never used a better gaming headset since my childhood.

I've been using them a lot on my PS5 and Nintendo Switch. Sound is great on my PS5 and don't have any audio lag thanks to the included USB adapter. The headphones are comfortable but hurt my ears after a few hours since I use glasses. The wind screen on the mic helps keep the noice level down when playing below the fan, I had to mute my audio with my old headphones while playing, not with these. Voice quality is very good and the other person can hear me loud and clear. The only thing that I would change about this gaming headset is to have them Bluetooth and not use the USB adapter. On my switch I use them only when playing in docked mode, either way, a really food pair of headphone.

A nice, lightweight gaming headset that won't break the bank and provides exactly what you want from it. It's super comfortable and the battery life lasts very long. Using it on console is very easy, as the dongle simply plugs in to a USB port that is open and is instantly paired with the system. The mute button is easily reached as well. I'm impressed!

I've been so lucky to test this great headset for a month and I am absolutely in love with it! When I opened the box, I thought it was rather clumsy, but that was put to shame when I put it on. The feeling of it around my ears was great. I wear glasses, and many headsets hurt after a while. Not these. I can almost forget that I'm wearing them. The sound is crystal clear and all information comes through - even when more than one person is talking. I would recommend this headset to anyone!

My son has got these new JBL headphones. They where easy to pare to his PlayStation, so he can play and talk with his friends in the game. He says they're comfortable to wear and has a nice sound, but his ears are sweating after longer use *laughing* Overall he is satisfied with the headphones. Also smart that you can use them after only 5 minutes of charging

Great pair of gaming headphones. Connected to my PS4 and they paired automatically without even having to mess around. It's nice having the detachable microphone because I don't really use it ever, but my kids do so they'll throw it on when they use it. It has a nice sound, it's easy to hear left to right when you're playing online games and need to know where the enemy is coming from. They're very comfortable on the ears and head and fit nice. My only wish was that it was also Bluetooth so I could use them besides in the video games or PC. It uses a type of signal that just pairs to the dongle it comes with. Other than that this is a great pair of headphones.

I used these with my PC and they really provided what I needed in First person shooter where I can hear sounds coming from any direction very clear. The bass wasn't much but I don't need that for what I'm doing, the clarity was my concern and I got what I needed. They are also super comfortable to wear for a long period of time and not heavy like some headsets can be. Perfect

Connection/set up is easy, it took a few seconds to figure out. The sound quality was great. I have not had a chance to speak to anyone using the headphones, so I cannot speak on the quality of a conversation.

Great with a wireless headset. And batteri is really Long lasting? 1 week of teenager wargames playing. Comfy to wear. Sound is reasonable. And it is hard to hear people in the real world, only few interruptions go through.

The JBL Quantum 350 wireless is by far the best gaming headset everyone in my house has ever used. First off the sound! The sound is so crisp, clear, better than a movie theatre comfortably on my head. They are so comfortable. There is cushion even on the inside top so it feels so good on. The wireless feature, is amazing! I love the freedom of getting up to do things real quick and not having to worry with wires. The battery life is almost 24 hours when fully charged and you can use while charging if need be. I love the durability. I highly recommend this set above any others and I've used many.

I have been playing computer video games right after the invention of the wheel in every configuration possible in both video and audio. I went from a highfalutin 5.1 surround system to mutiple experiments with 2.1 systems.but nothing engaged me fully in the gaming until now. Set up was again very easy with the dongle connection to the computers USB, download the JBL Quantum app and you are at the starting gate. Click on the 7.1 channel set up and it will launch a video on how to configure the headphones with Windows.This is when the fun starts. Press test after configuration and you will hear the 7.1 surround test pattern swirling around your head.Very cool. It took a little while for my brain to adapt to the ambience that these headphone provide and doing so wirelessly! Footsteps, voices in various enviroments, shot gun blast, and explosions, drew me into the game.Soon the headphones disappered and the gaming expierence became more pronouced and involving. Even my old games that I played over a million times had a new lease on life. But wait theres more. Besides my music library in my computer, I also stream music. Now I can listen to music with these headphones without being tied down to the computer. In fact the distance from the computer was very very impressive. Did I like these? Absolutly killer for gaming and music! They have not left my head!

This is a fantastic gaming headset. I like that it is fairly light weight and very comfortable to wear. The sound quality was superb and the fact that the mic can be taken of makes it even better. My whole household has used these so far and all of us love them.

The sound is good but not great. The surround is okay. But you have to know, that you need to download the software and mess around with it a little before you realy get to know Them.
