I bought this in hopes of replacing my turtle beach headset but am honestly disappointed in the mic quality. My cheap turtle beach headset sounds much clearer than this gaming headset and for the price it's a huge problem. I will say that this headset is extremely comfortable and the sound quality is great but don't except to sound great in chat. I only use this when I'm gaming solo or watching a movie because I want to sound clear when streaming or in party chat, which this headset does not provide

Great product for the price I got it at on Black Friday sale! Great sound quality on PC and my PS4. The head tracker is very good and accurate, though sometimes I find that I have to constantly recenter on PC. But the options on PC and customization options are simply great! There is only word to describe this gaming headset on my PS5, "WOW"!!! I do own the Sony H9's but this JBL 910P Blows it out of the water. Crystal clear dialog w Thumping Bass. In addition living in a New York City apartment with constant noise day and night I was surprised with it's Noise Cancelation. With so many switches on the headset I'm not sure if it was even activated, however just putting the headset on for the first time canceled all the noise outside. I'm not into RGB too much but I have to say the blue lights look pretty cool. I've only owned this masterpiece for one day but there is so much for me to explore with all of it's functions. I am going to try them with my PC next for music. I'm sure they will rock. Lastly, if you plan on ordering the 910 or 910p which is pretty much the same JBL product, there is something very important you should keep in mind, it's the dongle that comes with it. It will be wrapped in white paper. When I opened it I was like where is the second dongle? You need to pull the top part off where the arrow is to seperate the 2. I thought it was missing and contacted JBL's Excellent customer service for help. They were very helpful and polite and know their stuff. Thank You JBL for such a Wonderful Headset.

I was absolutely stunned with the JBL Quantum 910P headset! The headset features a stylish design that is at the light and comfortable at the same time, even though it feels quite chunky! The sound quality is absolutely amazing and more superior to any headphones that I have owned previously! The headphones come with an un-detachable microphone which is perfect for people who intent to use the headphones for gaming, however it can become frustrating for people who want to use the headphones just for listening to music, as you always have to be careful with the mic not to break it! The headphones also come with an adaptor which makes it possible to link to other devices such as laptops via cable. Overall, I think that these headphones are very good value for money and I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their headset! However, I think that a detachable mic would improve these headphones even more!

I've been using these headphones for 4 weeks now. The key positives I've noticed are incredibly durable with fantastic sound quality. Microphone function is also brilliant as when I talk to my friends it has like a noise cancelling element that gives me great user ability. The negatives I can see are size of the ear padding, as when used for a long time. Can give some discomfort so a custom option would be a great option. But all and all I give this product 5 star. And would strongly recommend purchasing it for anyone looking for a quality experience.

I'm absolutely in love this headset! Ive gotten specially for my son as he is gaming and streaming all the time and this headset has been a game-changer for his gaming experience. Of course I had to try as well, I like more racing kinda games such a Gran Turismo, and the 360" audio on PlayStation is mind-blowing, the head-tracking tech adds precision, the noise cancelling is out of this world, it looks like you are in the game, the immersion it's absolutely fantastic. Plus, the zero-lag wireless connection ensures you stay in the game. The rgb lights makes it a even more gamer style. All the functions that you can control just with a touch of a button makes it even more practical, I can't recommend it enough, my son was soo happy with it and so did I. Definitely a must-have for any gamer!

So to be truthful, these aren't quite up to the hype that I was expecting, and honestly, if given another chance, I wouldn't really have chosen thsese. So obviously the first thing to notice is that they are BIG, and quite heavy when actually being worn. Wearing them with glasses also presents a further issue in that they squeeze the living daylights out of the arms of the glasses, so makes for very uncomfortable wearing. So being the person I am, I just didn;t opt to try them with one single gaming machine, rather using multiple ones to test them, and sadly they really didn't live up to the hype and the price point they are at it 'shouts' more premium. The sound quality when used with most devices was lack lustre to say the least, and in one particular instance, when trying with an older PS3 system, which should not make any difference, the initial pairing was a nightmare, as nowhere in the documentation does it give the 'default' bluetooth pairing code, and only because I had a lucky guess did I manage to pair them. Also, just what is the point of all the 'lighting' as it actually does nothing to enhance the performance, and only adds to the cost of the build unnecessarily Also, trying them with just a normal sound source of music and oh no, really disappointing. Overall, very overrated and expensive

The most amazing gaming headset my partner has used, they are fully customisable to suit your personality, the app you download is clear and easy to use, clear instructions on how to set the different modes and settings. the noise cancelling is perfect for when he is truly submerged in his gaming, the 360 surround sound and head tilt make playing games such as Ark so much better! the only things that i would change myself as an Xbox gamer would be wireless gaming and a removable mic so that they can be used for music lovers aswell as the bass and crisp sound is something else!

I bought these as an upgrade from a Mono Jabra headset. First impressions were great, the box and packaging is of premium quality and instantly assures you that you have a quality product in your hands. As you remove the headset from it's fabric bag its obvious these arent a normal pair of overhead headphones. I heavily tested these for around a month not only for gaming but also general music paired to my mobile phone. The sound quality was incredible. Music pops like never before, I am a big Rust player and this was gamechanging for me. I always wondered how people always seemed to hear my footsteps from miles away but I now have my answer, this heaset. The battery life is fantastic getting almost a week of casual gaming from a single charge. My only complaint is they are far far to heavy for me. I worry that with extended use id end up with a neck like Brock Lesner from WWE.

Straight out of the box you can tell this is a premium quality headset. It comes in a really nice grey velvet drawstring bag to protect it during storage. One of the first things I noticed was the weight, it has quite a bit more weight to it than my old mid-range headset. It's also bulkier around the ear cups. The build quality looks and feels excellent and I suspect it will last many hours of use before it needs replacing. That being said I would class this a premium headset and with that comes better hardware and added size/weight. Once it's in place it was never an issue within minutes I had forgot about the weight and was enjoying the snug comfort which the headband and earpads provided. It was extremely easy to connect to my phone to first sample some music and instantly connected to the dongle on my ps5 with no issues. I was very impressed with the music quality and the warmness of the bass immediately jumped out at me. The range of the live orchestra I was listening to had me immersed from pressing play, I had forgotten how good music could sound with a good set of headphones on. Using the headset for gaming was also a pleasant experience, it enabled me to hear sounds in games which I had not heard before even tho I have played them for many hours. The noise cancelling was very effective, to the point I could not hear people shouting behind me from 10 foot away in my living room while I was in a game. I also used these to play along to songs on my guitar through a game called Rocksmith and they sounded great with minimum lag, which is extremely important when playing along to music. I couldn't tell a massive difference with the immersive sound but I think this may stand out more on first person shooter games such as COD which i dont reall play.. The lights on the ear cups looked cool but I found I turned them off to save battery. The battery was never an issue although I did not get anywhere near the suggested 45 hours of on-time between charges so I cant comment if it actually last that long it will certainly last long enough for most people. I really liked how the mic mute's when lifting aswell, this is very convenient. Overall I was really impressed with the range and depth of the sound these produced and found the weight was never an issue due to the comfort of them. These are the first real premium headset I've tried but for the price I would definitely recommend them.

I think my biggest issue with these is the weight! The sound, function etc is great but the headset is pretty heavy, if they had made it lighter and had a better 'snuggness to it, I'd have gone for these over my old headset but the weight gave me a headache and for the price there are products at the same, if not better sound and build quality whilst being much lighter...

These are fantastic headphones. When I first got them out of the box they felt very heavy. I was initially concern about this, in hindsight I should not have been as once the are on the almost feel weightless. The ergonomic design makes them comfortable to wear for a long time. As well as trying these on games I used them for work teams meetings and they were fantastic at blocking out sound. The only negative I have is that they were more complicated then needed to set them up. No quite plug and play

It's the best wireless headset we've used before after spending so much on them id just about given up but was willing to pay that little bit more if it made a difference and boy these did. This is because the sound quality is great and the noise cancelling capabilities. Out of all the gaming headphones I have tried these headphones rank the highest in terms of the sound quality and the audio bass too. I enjoyed my gaming sessions and listening to music/ watching videos. The sound quality during calls was also good and I did not experience any problems. Additionally, these headphones come with a nice fabric cover to store them safely when not in use. The ear pads were comfortable however these headphones are slightly heavy so not suitable to wear for very long sessions. One full charge of battery lasted me almost a week so depending on usage this seems really good. Overall, I am very impressed and would highly recommend these to anyone looking to buy good quality and affordable gaming headphones.

I've used a *lot* of headsets in my time. All the brands that are classed as 'top brands' and none of them compare to this one. The sound quality is impeccable and it really immerses you in the game you're playing. The fact it is wireless is wonderful and doesn't impede you in any way. Microphone quality is decent, but not to the quality of a standalone mic. Latency is never an issue with this headset. Great overall experience.

I bought this headset as an upgrade to my current 610 headset as I was happy with the quality of the quantum series. This headset also doesn't disappoint on the quality sound and comfort of wearing. The lift to mute boom mic is a good quality from feedback from my squad. This headset extra features to my old pair has visual head tracking and comes with a collaboration function. It also features a talk thru setting which I was really looking forward to as this let's you hear the room so you can hear if someone is talking to you however this is the only aspect I have felt a little let down by. When activated my game sound and chat is almost muted and I cannot hear the game or team cannot hear me talk, you can hear the room very well however there is also a loud artificial humm going on too. I was hoping to find a setting in the app to adjust the ratio to be more 70/30 so I can play but still be aware of my room surroundings but have found this as yet but all in all great gaming headset!

They are easy to set up and easy to switch the settings between pc and console. Jbl remains my go to for music and gaming. Bonus that all my friends can hear me clearly when playing!

This is a review for 910P. First, I wanted to emphasize that this headset is about 99% perfect, for my needs. The ONLY thing I'd change about it is make the microphone removable. This is because the noise cancelling is so good I take these on the airplanes with me. They are comfortable for travel, sound great, and do an excellent job at filtering out engine noise and conversations. However, this microphone boom is a bit of an eyesore, and it gets caught on clothing, backpack straps, you name it. It doesn't affect any functionality, and it's quite handy to be able to flip it down to take a phone call, but still. I'd love the ability to remove it. Now, the sound. The sound is great, as is expected from large speakers inside of 910Ps. Bass, treble, mids are all clear, precise, and make me equally happy playing various video games (from quests/RPGs to FPSs), watching movies, and listening to studying music/travel music on the go.The equalizer in the PC app is good, with a wide range of presets. Microphone sounds nice, both in games and on the phone. I find it very useful that the mic auto-mutes when I flip it up. It is very easy to make sure I avoid faux pas in conference calls or zoom calls by simply flipping the microphone up. Unfortunately, I found the head tracking feature, although well-executed, more of a gimmick than useful. The hardware/software tracks your head's movements rather precisely, and the virtual surround sound faithfully reproduces the locations of sounds. However, there isn't much usefulness to this feature even with an ultrawide monitor, where you have to rotate your head quite a bit side to side. I can't even imagine the narrow, narrow benefit head tracking would provide on a normal-sized monitor. The build quality is great. Although the construction is all plastic, this plastic feels quality. It has a nice texture, doesn't creak or flex much, and just fits well into the overall design. The extensions are made of translucent matte plastic, and also feel nice, despite not being metal. The inside of earcups are lined with cool-looking, very thin net that is clearly very sound-permeable and also feels quality. Buttons and dials are nicely tactile; the detent in the middle of game/chat dial is easy to find and stays in place well. The power switch also reconnects the bluetooth, so turning the headphones on is very easy: just two half-slides to the rear, and both your PC and phone are quickly connected. The dongle is quite compact, has both USB and USB-C plugs, and stays connected even through walls and floor/ceiling. Bluetooth connection is also strong. Lastly, battery life is FOREVER. Without lights, and with automatic power down timer set to default (30 minutes), I only charge these once every two weeks at most, with 4-5 hours of daily usage. With lights, I have to charge them every few days, while looking uber cool. The default PS5 blue color scheme goes well with the all-white construction. Overall, these headphones are great, and I would only want the mic to be removable. Everything else, including ANC, is near perfect.
