Don't lose the charging cord it comes with. Hard to find one which will fit. Have 10 usbc cords around the house none fit. So sorry I'm mad rn 1 star so you can fix that.

Not sure why the 1 stars are saying the sound quality isn't good. Maybe they need to adjust their settings. The sound quality is amazing! I can hear everything perfectly, fine and then some! Awesome headset, and I'm so glad I went with JBL brand. They never let me down! Happy with the price, because you know you're buying quality.

At first I loved my headset after 1 year the sound is good but the microphone sucks you can't bend it to get close to your mouth and my people struggle to hear me and your constantly having to charge it definitely not worth $299 should be $100 headset at most

Bought this product two days ago, not only is the sound extremely low, the mic doesn't work half the time, the audio is muffled, and my previous 40$ pair of turtle beaches are twice as loud and clear, don't buy this.

Purchased these a couple weeks ago. Love them so far. Very easy to connect to the xbox. Sound quality is excellent. The spatial sound mode is incredible for FPS. Directional sound is dramatically improved over anything else i've used. I actually purchased the steel Nova 7x headset at the same time and decided i'd keep the one i liked best and return the other. Needless to say it was no contest. The build quality of the 910x was far beyond what the steel series had to offer. These aren't the loudest headphones I've tried but the noise canceling makes it so they don't have to be. I've extremely happy with my self -gifted Christmas Present!!!

Got this headset a month ago and has been excellent the sound quality is amazing and it is really easy to use connects instantly to my xbox and also takes about 5 mins to set up on pc (if that) The microphone audio quality is also great and u don't get any echo like u do with other brand cheap headsets The battery life on the headset is top quality, it lasts for so long and i didnt find my self having to charge it as much as u do with other headsets The noise cancellation is amazing and really does block out all other noise leaving u feeling emerged in what ever game u decide to play Overall the headset is definitely worth the price and would recommend to anyone looking fur a headset around this budget

My partner has been gaming in excess of 10 years and has experience of using different headphones for a full and immersive gaming experience so I enlisted his expertise to gauge how these measure up against their competitors. He used these over the testing period with his PS5 and found the sound quality to be good, the noise cancelling to work well and the microphone also works well when on comms with friends. He had no issues with lagging and used these over a long stretch of time in the evening and the battery held up superbly. For me, I use headphones when I attend live webinar masterclasses with a maximum stretch of time of use being about an hour each time. They connected quickly via Bluetooth and I found the headphones comfortable - I was able to adjust them to fit my head/ears properly (I have a small head so this can be challenging at times). The sound quality was great and it absolutely did feel like an immersive experience with the noise cancelling used. I would absolutely recommend these to anyone looking for great quality headphones. Don't be put off by the Xbox aesthetic and read beyond the fact that they are geared towards that as they are fully compatible with other devices. Good points: - Aesthetically pleasing packaging and headphones - Great sound quality - Noise cancelling works well - Microphone works well - No lag - Long life battery - Bluetooth connectivity Points to note: - Aesthetic could be off-putting for some - Some may see the aesthetic and the gearing towards Xbox users and take no notice that these are fully compatible with other devices

Recently got this headset and couldn't be happier with it, after using other brands for so many years the difference was clear, comfortable around the ears and a good solid fit on the headband, much cooler to wear with the breathable ear pads, audio is incredible very crisp and clear making it great for competitive gaming, the spatial audio is something else, never experienced gaming like it, and to top it off the battery life is superb, able to use for 3 days of heavy gaming sessions and when the battery did run low I was able to play and charge which is extremely handy. Overall couldn't recommend any other headset after using this, if you are thinking about getting it..... Do!

I think the overall feel of the product was nice, the packaging was nice and premium, and quality material bag to store in. i like the mechanical click noise to know when the mic is muted. It's great to use on multiple platforms. I have been mainly using this for my xbox sound is very immersive and as good as I have heard on a headset. I found it very comfortable; it has a good weight to it and ive found playing for hours and absolute breeze.  Love: sound quality and feel of the headset and truly immersive sound. Dislike: gimmicky lights would rather have a nice metal plate instead of loads of LED lights. Chat mixer on the back of headset can be annoying if you are lying down. I've found myself accidentally muting a couple of times. Overall, great product. I would recommend it to any avid gamer.

These are very comfortable headphones, I Don't mind wearing them while playing for long periods, the sound quality is good but not excellent I have had headphones cheaper that have the same quality sound. Online playing fps the surround is good so that you have an idea of where the shot came from or where other players are. The lights are a nice touch and you can change the colours, for me that's just a gimmick (not something I look for). People that have played on my team have said the my voice comes across well on their side which is good. My only real problem was the sound adjust on the back. When resting my head back sometimes the volume will change.

The audio is top notch, and the noise isolating cups are also effective. They work great on Xbox. In games like call of duty you can easily pick up footsteps over other noises. One of the best headphones I've ever used. Highly recommended. Great audio quality, lift to mute mic is an excellent feature, very comfy.

The features of this headset are amazing. Crystal clear sound, can hear everything in a game (playing battleroyal it's essential). It cancells outside noise very well too. The only negative is that it's too heavy. If someone is playing for long hours they might consider buying a lighter version as this will cause neck aches on the long term. I wouldn't recommend it for kids for this reason.

This is an awesome set of headphones, they feel premium from the moment you get the box, very nice packaging and a good sturdy feel. When you open the premium feel continues, black neutral box inside and the time comes in a very plush bag with a tie cord, looks and feels great. They come with a charging lead and an aux cable so you can use them either wireless or through the cable which is a great option to have. As these are designed for Xbox wireless they come with the usb dongle, this goes into the Xbox and connects wirelessly to the headphones for a good seamless connection. Using them is a real pleasure, because of the JBL Quantum 360 spacial technology they are amazing, a bit wierd to get used to after using normal headphones but they are so much better, if there's a shot behind you you can tell where it came from, it enables you to know where the enemy is hiding or pinpoint where a noise is coming from like you would in real life, such an amazing system. Battery life wise they are great, lots of gaming use of a single charge, they charge nice and quickly too. Just a note if using through the Aux cable ita stereo only so the 360 won't work through that mode. All in all a proper premium headset that gives a really involved gaming experience, highly recommended.

I received these headphones in return for my honest review. My son is so thankful for these headphones and he says they are the new best thing! We love the box it came in and the majority of instructions are basic . They last for ages after being fully charged so there's no interruption when my son is playing his computer. He loves the comfort that these headphones give so there's no interruption when he's playing and there is discomfort neither. They come with everything that you need so need to fork any more money out . At first I did think the price for these was very expensive but after what my son has told me and what u have seen I think it's great value for money. You are definitely getting your moneys worth .

The sound of this headset is great, I could hear sounds that I could not previously hear before, which makes for a great experience. Playing games with this headset makes the experience so much more immersive due to the sound quality. The headset fits perfectly over the head and fits nice and tight but not too tight and really helps cancel out noise. This is a great all round headset whether you game every day or occasionally this will make your experience that much greater. Would definitely recommend to everyone even without an Xbox it works perfect straight out of the box.
