1. Unable to save color settings 2. Device is disappearing from sounds settings 3. Sound is missing in screen captured clips 4. Foam padding popped out after a year (easy fix, but still...) Well, I gave it a shot and tried to like this headset but all of those things together makes it unusable. Back to Logitech.

Outside the warranty period everyone started saying I spoke with a lot of static. Couldn't get help from support or searching on the Internet. Other than that they are fine, so I guess I need to toss these in a landfill and get a replacement so I have a working mic.

If I could give a no star review I would. I have bought two pairs of these headsets and all within a matter of a year the left side suddenly stops working. The first pair I bought I absolutely loved the sound and the fact I could be on a meeting for work and walk around the house and not lose connection. After a few months of use, the left side just stopped working. I checked for software updates, reverted software updates back, unpaired and repaired the headset to my computer but nothing worked. I contacted JBL since they were still under warranty for a new set. After the return process and informing them the left side stopped working suddenly, when they sent the new headset they assured me that this issue was resolved because of a faulty driver. My current headset I have (had for a year) the left side just suddenly stopped working again. A word of caution...DO NOT purchase this headset for $150...you can purchase cheaper headsets and they are better quality.

Every thing about this product besides the quality of the actual headset itself is awful. The audio and mic quality make me feel like I'm back in MW2 lobbies on the xbox 360. Genuinely worse than my 6 year old $30 headset off Amazon.

The headset works pretty much as described except my particular headset has some really weird issues. 1 - my headset microphone only sounds good when using the playback feature in the quantum engine software. this likely means that the software makes the headset send audio directly from the mic rather than from my computer. as a result, any audio that gets to my computer sounds muffled and bad. 2 - weird electric wine when the lighting is on 3 - My headset audio is faintly wobbly sounding and you can only just barely make it out but it is frustrating when you do. 4 - Whenever you plug the headset in the mic no longer functions and the software cannot detect it anymore. I have talked to support about this but they had absolutely no clue what they were doing and kept saying the same things back to me after I repeatedly explained how that won't do anything. The customer service wasn't bad its just the guy was not really suited to deal with odd issues like mine.

I had a pair that I was very happy with. After a year, the padding on the headband started coming off. The JBL warranty team was very helpful in getting me a replacement, without me having to pay for shipping. Do wish they would make software also for MAC.

The sound is great and all Of the features but the biggest down fall is that you can?t charge your headset while using it. Not worth the money

Owned for over a year and luckily it finally died tonight. Started with no sound to the left ear then wouldn't turn on at all. I'm glad it's finally dead so I can buy a better product. If you buy this be ready to be annoyed by horrible software, a constant electric whining when the LEDs are turned off, or when they are running. 0/10 don't waste your money.

It worked for probably a month before the wireless stopped working. I might've left it to charge too long and it fried the battery or something. Most things these days have a system where it stops charging after its full so the battery doesn't get fried. Terrible quality.

I bought this because I had previously purchased the wired headset from JBL and loved it but I ruined it so I wanted to get a wireless version this time. I was so excited to try it and it doesn't connect wirelessly to xbox, you have to plug it in. Very disappointed.

Bought these because I wanted high sound and mic quality. Found out that these are not compatible with phone, Zoom, Google Meet, or my Dell Alienware. Have never had the Bluetooth work correctly once.

By far the best headphones I have ever owned. They are very comfortable and the sound quality is superb. When kik t comes time to up grade the rest of my audio system, it will definitely be with JBL products.

i just got mine and after using them for about a week straight i came to an honest opinion, they are about as good as ur regular 80$ turtle beaches for gaming, the “surround sound” os extremely quiet and i can hardly hear footsteps in game, im on pc so the chat/game volume mixer is a waste chat id either too loud and game is too quiet or game is good and i cant hear ppl, im not a fan as to how loud the max game volume is, pros: sleek, comfortable, long battery life, for music related things and watching movies they are excellent as to be expected by JBL they are known for beautiful sound, but gor gaming they are lacking, especially for pc gaming expieriance

Greta sound quality and product build as always. However, if you're not very techy you won't know that you'll struggle to find a wireless headset for Xbox. None of the features (lighting, on headset xontrols) do NOT work wired. I felt I was slightly miss sold here. Customer service has been poor also which I did not expect.

Purchased as presents for my children who are very happy with them, particularly with the sound quality. They are used across multi-platforms - Xbox, switch & PC . Unfortunately they can only be used in wireless mode on the PC, which is the reason for 4 stars. That said, we are happy with the purchase and would recommend them.

My partner bought this headset as a Christmas present believing it would be compatible as a wireless headset for my xbox one s for it not to be. It doesn't work. I used the jack plug to connect it to my control pad and the headset switches off none of the volume controls work.

I bought 2 sets of wireless headphones as Xmas presents for my sons just to discover on Christmas Day they are not wireless compatible with Xbox, so I could have just bought cheaper wired ones as these are expensive. There was nothing to suggest they were not compatible with Xbox so have 2 disappointed boys. They only seem to be wireless compatible with ps.

I purchased these having recently experienced issues with my back. While I await treatment in COVID I am mostly bed bound so have gotten into gaming again for the first time about 10+ years. The surround sound is amazing for Warzone although disappointed that the wireless feature is not compatible with Xbox One and nor is the signature Quantum sound. These features are PC only. Although standard surround sound is still good enough to game with and make all the difference for Warzone. I purchased these at £79.99 during November sales. If I had paid full price I would have been disappointed having been unable to access all of the features via console.

Ok, so I've got a huge head and the 600s are quite uncomfortable for me. They are too tight, making them unsuitable for even medium periods of gaming. When not in use I leave them on a basketball to get a bit of stretch and that helps a little. The ear cups are a little bit small and my ears catch the inside The sound is okay but I was expecting better from JBL. It's a bet tricky getting the sound how I like it, probably because their are so many options. I love the balance volume feature for chat and game, They also look great, after trying them out for a few weeks though, I just don't know what to do with them anymore, I guess the 600s are just not suitable for me, which is a shame. If I had tried them in a store I wouldn't have purchased.
