I bought these headphones 3 months ago, and they work great. I use them at the gym, in the car, and on airplanes. They block out surrounding noise very well and are especially great for phone calls. These are my new go-to headphones.

I recently got some JBL QANTUM W TWS AIR wireless earbuds, and I've gotta say I was impressed! These earbuds definitely performed really well, despite their near miniscule proportions! These earbuds delivered some seriously crisp and clear audio. Whether I was grooving to my favorite tunes or working out, the sound was absolutely immersive. The bass hits really well for these small in ears, although to be honest I still prefer my JBL on ear headphones for a deeper bass. The mids and highs, however, were perfectly balanced.  They were super easy to connect - all it took was clicking them on the list of devices on my bluetooth list on my iphone. Other products require the need to download the manufacturer's app to sync them. Fortunately this wasn't the case.  The connection was steadfast, without any annoying dropouts or interruptions. I was free to lift and do cardio without worrying about losing my audio connection.  They were comfortable to wear - the default silicon trim size was medium - which worked well for me. They also came with a small and large pair if I needed to adjust the fit.  I've worn them for a few workouts and still haven't needed to charge them. I love how they are so easy to keep charged in their carry case. The case is super compact too, which is an added bonus.  So, to wrap it up, the JBL QANTUM WTWS AIR wireless earbuds are a killer choice if you want to elevate your audio experience for your workout. They deliver top-notch sound, rock-solid wireless connectivity, comfy fit, and they even give you the volume you need for those low-level podcasts. Now, I still prefer my on-ear JBL headphones for intense workouts, but these earbuds are gonna be my go-to when the weather gets hot and I want to keep my cool. Trust me, you won't be disappointed with these great headphones.

JBL products have the best sound!! Quantum TWS Air sound quality is amazing!! Crystal clear the perfect amount of base. I absolutely love the sound quality. I personally appreciate that I can put in these ear buds and can go into my own little world. Being able to have your own personal sound while it blocks out the noise around is so amazing. Another feature I like is that they are comfortable and secure!! I have had other products that don't fit as secure and will pop out of my ears. I love that Quantum TWS Air fit my ears and stay secure while I am doing housework, yard work, walking/running or playing basketball. Moms are never cool but my 13 year old son loves that Quantum TWS Air can connect to his Nintendo switch. Usually my kids don't ever think products I have are cool but my son was sold on the fact that these could connect to his gaming systems! The ease to connect these to any device makes them a must have. I love how these earbuds are immediately dedicated and connect in less than a minute. I don't have an exact time but I was pleasantly surprised on the amount of use verse charging time you get with the Quantum TWS Air, I can wear them for days and still have charge time to spare it's amazing!! Not only do I love this product I will be buying more to give as gifts, amazing product!!

The Quantum earphones came packaged nicely in its own carrying charging case with a strong magnetic hold to charge the earphones and a dongle and instructions. The instructions were clear and a great source to understand how to work each earbud. You control these earphones press them a number of times for different functions. The sound is great however it seems there is less bass but more treble wich is okay because this maskes the sound clear and inviting. When paring there will be a pop up screen about the earphones that was interesting to explore and learn more on adjustments you can do to the earphones. Charging the earphones was quick and easy. The dongle worked great. I used the dongle in an airplane. I just plugged the dongle in to my phone which has a c plug charging port and it worked amazingly. The only down side was my right ear fit the earphone perfectly but not in my left and the earphone did try to slip out. But adjusting the padding worked well. I did attach these ear phones to my Galaxy S23 phone, my Samsung TV and my Xbox One.

Great sound! I have pretty small ears so in ear headphones are usually pretty difficult for me ti use. These fit great! The sound is great as well! They are my go to earbuds. My son also uses them for his gaming system

I been using these earbuds for about 2-3 weeks now I been using them for work phone calls and playing music I love them I gave my old ear buds away they fit so much better then my old ones hardly notice them in my ear low profile

Absolutely love these earbuds! I've been using them on my PS5 for the past few weeks and am blown away. In games like Division 2 and MWF2, sound is one of the important things at your disposal. Being able to hear footsteps around you with accuracy can make or break your round. The sound is phenomenal in these, easy to pinpoint movements, and worlds sound so expansive and vibrant. They're also great for music, on my PS5 or phone, which is a huge plus. Sadly I have yet to figure out if you can use these with PC. After trying my hardest, I have yet to be able to pull that off. This is disappointing, especially since I play a lot on my PC and not always on my ps5. They're also very light, but for some reason make my ear canals hurt about 30 minutes into wearing them. Not sure if it's just because they're only relying on the bud to hold in place, but I think a wing or sleeve would help alleviate some of that pressure for longer game times. Overall, a great set of gaming earbuds! Brilliant and full sound! I'll definitely be using these for many sessions to come!

JBL Quantum TWS AIR They come in a nice case and are a shiny /matte black combination. The case is USB-C and provides multiple recharging of the ear buds. These are smaller ear buds (see pix) which I prefer. They do come S/M/L ear tips for comfort. Sound: These JBL Quantum Surround ear buds have an amazing sound! The BASS is excellent, not overdriving. The MIDRANGE & HIGHS produce an excellent sound, no matter what the genre. BATTERY: The battery life of the ear buds AND case are excellent. I have yet to reach the total time of the batteries (in both the ear buds and charging case) CONTROLS: Right side tap includes Hold, Next track, Last track Left side tap includes Ambient aware (On/Off) Plus they don't have that stick-lobe drooping down I like it that you use both ear buds at the same time OR just the left or right (my preference when listening to audiobooks. DISLIKES: The FONT size of the printed manual is way, WAY too small to read with the naked eye and I even had glasses on! This pair of ear buds possibly has even more features than what I've listed here. OVERALL: These JBL Quantum TWS AIR are a solid win for JBL. Lightweight and durable, typical of the JBL quality I've come to know and love. I would recommend to anyone considering ear buds.

The sound quality and noise cancelling is great. The biggest design flaw is that the matte/glossy finish of the earbuds make it soooo difficult to pull out of the case and out of my ear. If there was a rubber padding on the shell of the earbuds, it would be way easier to take the earbuds out. However I really like the sleek design of the earbuds and its small enough where i could lay on my pillow without being too uncomfortable. Overall I wish I could rate it higher but not too fond of the design.

My JBL Quantum TWS Air ear buds fit perfectly in my ears and feel very secure. They immediately synced to my android phone after removing from docking station. Charging is simple (just plug in) and easy to tell once fully charged (lights turn off). Sound is super crisp. I even got a phone call while using for the 1st time and had no issues hearing the other person and they confirmed I was clear as well. I love that the case has a lid which makes tossing into my purse very convenient for travel. So far I am very happy with this product!

These are my first in ear headphones I have used with a computer. I normally use over the ear headphones with my computer. I tried them out, and was pleased with how they worked. I didn't get any lag while playing or watching videos. I used the USB-C dongle to connect. Had to restart my computer on initial use, but it was an easy setup. I did download the JBL software to customize the audio. The only issue that I had with these headphones was connecting them to my phone using Bluetooth. They would not appear on the JBL app. Turns out I needed to update the app. Once I did they connected automatically. Overall good sound & nice noise canceling.

These are a nice set of earbuds that supply a surprising amount for their size. The fit of the TWS is relatively comfortable. I have used these for gaming, movies and music. The excel in the first two mediums. I would chose an over the ear set for music for a more fulfilling experience. I was able to immerse myself in games while not losing the detailed sounds found in today's modern games. I also enjoyed hearing arrows whizzing through the air while watching movies. I have been pleasantly surprised by these earbuds.

I really like the Quantumwsair ear pods! They are easy to connect and pair. The sound is also great! I had a little trouble getting them out of the case. But they won't fall out, also. Would reccommend.

I like that the air buds are very small but have adjustable sizes to fit in the battery life lasts pretty long. The dongle comes in handy when it comes to using it for my game systems and pc which I like the most effortless connection

These earbuds are some of the best quality earbuds. that I have ever used. The case is small and lightweight and they are easy to connect to any device. The ability to not use the quantum engine program on a Mac is kind of disappointing and the ear tips that are provided with the ear buds all felt uncomfortable to me, so prolonged use would bother my ears. Other than that, they are great audio quality and have a long battery life.

Let me just start off with what really blew me away and it was the EQ customization to dial the sound the way you like it and all the features these earbuds have within the app. I like my bass and these delivered on that front! Made a couple of custom EQ's for the different types of music I listen to. So you won't be let down in the sound department. Just find the right ear tips that are included for your ears and be amazed at what these buds can do. Connecting to my phone was a breeze. And once the JBL app was downloaded I had full control of the EQ, surround sound settings and microphone adjustments which you can adjust to your liking. Came with a 2.4 GHZ dongle that comes inside the charging case. Plugged it into my iPad and it connected quick and was paired. Fired up some Mortal Kombat and Galaga Wars and the sound was never delayed. Nice and crisp highs and great deep bass. Also loved the Ambient Aware feature while playing and also keeping a convo with my friends. Worked great at the local coffee shop near me. No static at all. Even with a good group of people nearby. Those 4 beam forming microphones really make a big difference and was heard loud and clear. Major plus there. But these also performed great at the gym and running which I have a little experience there. Ran a half marathon before so these did great on my runs and didn't hurt my ears after a couple of hours of continuous use. Yes these are IPX4 water resistant so no worries there. Battery life was above average and never needed to charge them in the same day. If I had to nitpick something is I had a bit of trouble putting a different size tip on them. Would be cool if the case had wireless charging but I think the supplied cable would charge faster anyways. But at the price point they pack a lot in these Earbuds. Overall I would recommend for the gamers on the go and even for working out in. Loved the big sound! These won't disappoint!

Received my JBL Quantum TWS Air earbuds over a week ago and have been enjoying them since. Two must do's if you want to get the most out of these. First, take the time and find the correct size silicone ear tips, there are three different sizes included. Having a proper fit is imperative to getting a great sound. Second, download the JBL headphone app. You can use preset audio or create a custom preset with the equalizer that is part of the app. I personally prefer my own custom preset to any of the defaults and actually have two different custom presets depending on which product I'm listening to. By doing these two easy steps you can find the fit and sound that will certainly make you happy. In the box are the earbuds, charging case, charging cord, different size ear tips and a USB-C dongle to connect to non Bluetooth devices. See pics. Bluetooth connection is quick and easy and the sound quality is excellent. JBL advertises eight hours of play time, I can attest to at least six hours. The JBL Quantum TWS Air are comfortable, secure and sound great!

The bass is some of the best I've heard from TWS ear buds. Connectivity: The requirement for yet another app is kind of a drag. But the Bluetooth works great. I'm still trying to figure out the dongle aspect. Most devices that have USB C, have Bluetooth. Regardless, the flexibility to use nearly any device as an audio source is pretty cool Sound isolation: For the gym its great that these have both ambient aware and noise canceling technologies. At times, it's important to me to focus, and other times it's important to hear my suroundings. Both work really well, without issue. Only complaint I have is that the earbuds don't turn off when I put them back into the case after use. The only way I can find to turn them off is to hit the power button in the app. But, I could be doing something wrong.

The Quantum TWS Air are some of the best earbuds ever, The equalizer is awesome and the fact that you can turn off & on the ambient noise is also such a nice feature. The dongle to be able to connect with other of my JBL products is also such a cool benefit to add to the product

Another great product from JBL. I particularly like the USB-C dongle that comes with it, makes it easy to use with non-Bluetooth devices. I wish it had the active noise cancelling, but for most cases you don't need that. Great bass sound and all around sound range. Great gaming ear buds also if you don't like the over the ear style. Has a microphone that works great, and the dongle has no lag that I could tell. Make sure and utilize the JBL headphones app as well, helps with sound equalizing and you can use as a "remote" when listening to music.

I've owned quit a few gaming headsets. By far the Jbl Quantum Tws is my favorite. The dual source allows me to connect to my gaming system and my phone at the same Time. Awesome feature. The Quantum surround sound is amazing, Coming from such a small set of ear buds. There small compact design fits easy in my pocket for travel. The dual mics make taking calls a dream. The sound is amazing clear. Excellent
