I've had this earphones for less than a year, and they have already ceased working. These are the first JBL earphones i've owned, and i was very disappointed. The sound quality was ok while it worked, but it had many flaws. First off, the charging box was flawed, and where the earphones were supposed to connect in order to charge, was so small and so easy to misalign, that they would often not charge when i put them in the box. The rubber piece that goes around each earbud did not help with this; with time, they would loosen, and further aggravate this misalignment inside the charging box. In second place, the noice-canceling was not great in loud areas, and especially when biking. The worst was the quality of the microphone, which was really not useable anywhere outside with noise. Finally, they did not fit well in the ear, and would often fall out.

I would not recommend them
I bought the product and immediately experienced connectivity issues, losing communication with the phone regularly, forcing me to continually reconnect. Shortly thereafter, they would not charge any longer. I would not recommend the specific product, although I am a huge fan of other JBL products

Good... *IF* you can get a promo
Nice comfortable buds that sounded fine. But when they ran low, they wouldn't charge. I purchased them from JBL during a promo, so I returned them hoping for a simple replacement. Instead, they credited my card. OK... but now there's no promo, so they are much more expensive if I wanted to replace them. Honestly, they were very good for the promo price, but there are many earphones that are as good or better at their regular pricepoint, so I'm going back to EarFun.

Blue tooth issue!
Dissapointed. Bought it about a month ago. Right ear bud does not stay connected to blue tooth. Tried evey thing still doesn't work.
Waste of money.

Amazing head phones
Very happy with my purchase. Not only did I get a fantastic deal on my reflect aero tws, but they are amazing quality. 5 out of 5 would recommend

Great sound, too hard to get them to charge.
They sound great, the noise cancelling works great, BUT, you have to get them in the case JUST RIGHT so that they will charge, and if you bump the case they will stop charging. It took me SEVERAL tries to get them in the case JUST RIGHT to where I got them to 100% charged at the same time. TOO MUCH EFFORT so I returned them. I would have loved to keep them, but was just too much trouble trying to get them to charge.

Customer service terrible
Terrible customer service. I inquired about my order, told the representative that it appears to have been lost by UPS. They told me to wait 3 more days and they would monitor and file a claim. All they did was wait three days and cancel my order with no communication. It would have been nice to let me make the dission to cancel or have the item replaced.
As with most companies anymore the did what was easier for them, without regard for the customer

I highly recommend the JBL Reflect Aero TWS!
These ear buds are far superior to Apple products. The quality and richness of the sound is amazing. They also fit your ears perfectly as they come with several size ear pieces. The wing design keeps the ear buds in place during any exercise or activity.

Excellent sound, but battery life not great
I bought these b/c they were recommended by Wirecutter. I've always had "around the neck" and "over the ear" bluetooth options in the past, but I see so many people with earbuds, thought I'd give it a go. (I have an Android phone, so iPods not an option.) The sound quality really is excellent. Paired very easily with my phone too. But, they seem to run low on battery very quickly (compared to my over the ear cheapies) and I really struggle to keep them in my ears! They pop out at the most inconvenient times. I'm going to enjoy them, but am not sure I'd purchase again. Not saying they are bad at all - just not best for me.

Left earbud did not hold a charge even when it's new. Earbuds not that comfortable. Sound quality and return process is good that's why a 2 star.

Not the best JBL product
Bought one month ago. Good sound, a little uncomfortable but the headphones don't disconnect when in the case. Battery runs down from continuous play.

Awesome Headphones
Bought these a couple weeks ago, battery life is amazing, sound is perfect, can't hear anything going on around the gym with them in. They fit perfectly as well, great purchase and perfect headphones for the gym

Beats my Beats
I was waiting on the update to Beats Fit for a bit, but they didn't upgrade the hardware at all so I gave these a shot. Two weeks in they are rock solid staying connected to my iPhone 15. All iPods and Beats headphones drop the Bluetooth connection which drives me bonkers when running. I mean, we are talking 3 feet from the headphones? Sound is slightly lighter than the Beats but the app has some eq settings that compensate.

Don't bother
I purchased these because of a recommendation from NYT Wirecutter. What a disappointment! The earphones and interchangeable ear pieces did not help the fact that the shape of the earbuds are really large. I was not able to get a good fit on the right side. The right ear bud did not charge correctly in the case. After I took off the accessories, it would charge, but not hold a charge. I returned them.

Good in concept but very finicky to get to charge
I bought these a couple weeks ago - when they work, I like how they fit, how they sound, and how the anc feature works. But, they very rarely charge in the case correctly, no matter what I try. Either one charges and the other doesn't, or they charge but fail to come on when removed from the case. Not sure what the deal is, but they've been like this since I got them and seem to do it even when the ear pieces are removed.

Got these because from reviews I thought they'd reduce wind noise while cycling. Using "check my best fit" in the app, I always get the "bad seal" result for both buds no matter that combination of wings and eartips I use. And yeah, I still get the same amount of wind noise as with other earbuds. Sound is decent, but otherwise not impressed.

Great little ear buds!
I bought these a few weeks ago as a backup to Airpods Pro and now I swap between them. I love the black plus smaller form factor and think they should great! Solid ANC and everything I need for a good workout set of earbuds and more!

Not up to JBL standards
Update:
Customer service provided directions on fit and using the app. The product sounds significantly better. I changed my rate from 1 to 4. I have small ear and the earbuds are a little large for me on the outside of my ear. They fit comfortably inside my ear.
The sound quality is very poor. This is my 5th purchase of JBL earbuds and by far the lowest quality sound. My other JBL earbuds match or exceed my Apple earbuds. So disappointed.

No luck at all
I bought these 2 weeks ago and already returned them. I had no luck at all with them, didn't fit my ears with any of the different ear cups and had problems with them starting and charging.

Easy return though!
I wanted these earbuds to work and kept trying them for a couple of weeks. But more problems piled on! My first complaint is that the touch feature only worked with direct skin. It's cold where I live and I wear a hat and gloves. It's a hassle to take off my gloves and push up my hat every time I wanted to turn them on/off, etc. Then, even right after charging I was getting low battery prompts. Also, I tried all the ear bud covers, and going without any, and the earbuds hurt my ears. The last straw was when one earbud didn't work for awhile until I rebooted. The return process was easy and smooth.

My 2 cents.
Great for exercising, easy to connect, maintains a connection and good sound quality for the price. My only complaint is about the tips provided - even the largest ones provided don't give a secure, tight fit. Trying to find good replacement tips has been difficult.

Reflect Aero TWS is a strong pick.
If you're looking for wireless earbuds that are built for an active lifestyle, workouts, runs, then the Reflect Aero TWS is a strong pick. They check the boxes for sport-fit, waterproofing, decent battery, and feature set at a competitive price.
However, if your priority is top-tier ANC, ultra-refined sound for critical listening, or you have very small ears and prioritize ultra-secure fit for rigorous movement, you might want to look at higher-tier models or try these in-person for fit.
4 out of 5 stars, they are a great value for the active user who cares more about durability and features than absolute audiophile sound or perfect ANC.

Problems with fit and staying in
Sound quality is good, ButI don't seem to be able to adjust the fit so that they reliably stay in while I'm gardening. The first time I wore them outside, one fell out and even though I noticed when it fell, I still spent over a half hour looking for it before locating it. Since I bought these specifically so I could use them outside while I'm gardening, this is a major fail.
