2 years old. Was not expecting them to be covered under warranty. JBL said they are no longer repairable or replaceable! These headphones were not abused and stored in their case when not in use.

The sound is great, and it looks nice, but what good is a nice sound if the signal keeps falling away. Everything around you can be heard (no noise cancelling headset The charger is a cable which you should not loose, or damage, because it is a special type. But worst of all, The Signal of the Bluetooth is terrible. When I put my phone in my pocket, the signal gets lost! Maybe it is telling me to loose the extra weight in my belly? I expected much more of a JBL product :(

I’ve had these headphones for 3 years, and they are still some of the best headphones I’ve ever had. They work perfectly, and it’s not that much of a surprise since they’re from JBL (my dad’s been using their equipment for 30+ years) However, I lost the charging cable, and I can’t find any replacement cables that aren’t from a sketchy third-party company on eBay. I’d really like to get a genuine one or at least one from a trusted company, because it seems like these aren’t gonna break anytime soon.

Most certainly has a great sound and volume is loud and clear. If like me you like using your headphones alot and someone tries talking to you , with my old pair even if I removed them I'd find myself juggling my phone or device to try turn volume down so not to be totally ignorant to the wife, only to drop and break my phone trying. Not with these . One small tap on side can mute. Or slide and control volume up/down, play stop , next/last track with one tap . FOR USE ABILITY BEST FEATURE EVER.Connects easily also. However the earphone pads which are apparently leather deteriorated quickly not long after purchasing making the headphones look and feel cheap. Perhaps a spare set should have been provided in the box at purchase similar how earphone's provide spare grommets. I purchased them in Store not on the net and cost me $300 AU. I think they retailed at $399 au. at the time. And most certainly if I'd been provided the spare ear phone pads would have given them a five star rating.

first, i cant stop listening music from the moment i got them. the touch thing is brilliant!!!! the sound is a problem. connected by wire its will make u smile and feeling great about everything. NOT kidding.. so far so good. the BT connection is a big problem, its choppy a lot. and i use only BT because i hate wires... still love them they are cool and i think all the BT headphones choppy, hope that i am wrong about it.

I purchased a pair of the Synchros S400BT. They are a great sounding Bluetooth headphones. but, i question the durability of the materials used. my speaker is hanging by the speaker wire. never dropped or miss handeled. but it is out of the warranty. by 2yrs.

I've had these headphones now for about 2+ years. They still sound as great as they did the first day! Will probably sound even greater with a headphone amp. The detail in the music is amazing. Don't pay more for anything else. Try these and I am sure you will be impressed!
