Bought these from military exchange. They are a disappointment. My 2016 altec lansing buds are about dead after 11 years. These do not fit my ears at all. They sit in your ears loose and will fall out in light movements or wind lol. The bass is not good, mids are crinkly, high harmonics are good. You will hear outside noise because they fit horribly.

I bought this TUNE 215BT to replace the TUNE 110BT that stopped working on one side, but the sound quality is much lower. Bass has little presence, and isolation from external sounds is practically non-existent. So I decided to try the TUNE 125BT, and I was quite satisfied. The sound quality of the TUNE 125BT is equivalent to the TUNE 110BT, with very present bass and good overall sound quality. The price of the TUNE 215BT is too high for the quality.

Not worth buying!! Bass is not good enough as mentioned, you must press them to your ears in order to have a decent bass. You have to guess when it connects! Only upward sound is heard. Unlike other brands, charging gives a white light instead of red. Battery lasts ok though.

Overall not a bad set. Only had for a few weeks so cannot attest to longevity but audio and functionality are as follows: Fit: they do not come with different size inserts, so how it fits within the ear will may vary. Sound: sound is OK. But depending on how well it fits within the ear, volume may be compromised. On me, they do not get loud unless I am actively pushing them into the ears Bass: Could be due to fit, but was not impressed. My Bose sport earbuds have way more Bass. Wearability: hangs ok over the back of the neck as long as your walking or staying upright. Battery life: it is great, has lasted 8hrs plus on a single charge at almost full volume (due to not fitting well) My preference is for a set with strong Bass, this didn't meet my expectations and would not buy again if that is what you are looking for. Perhaps smaller ears will have better results.

Bought a month ago and disappointed to find out that they turn off on their own after a few minutes of no audio. I pause my audio to work on something or have a conversation and when I restart it the audio blares from my phone. Cannot use for my intended purpose, JBL will not allow an exchange for another item that would better fit my needs.

I have bought 2 pairs of these in the past 2 years, - on was replaced defective after short time using - so 3 pairs total. Sound is OK but the quality is awful. on all of them the covers come off the earpiece with occasional use. My latest pair is now only has about 60% sound volume in left ear. I cannot wear in-ear earbuds and there are few alternatives (I use these as backup to my expensive AP's)

I purchased Bluetooth headphones twice. The initial pair never arrived, and the second one was delivered to an Amazon Hub without notification for days. Fortunately, I eventually received the headphones, and despite the availability of pricier brands, these are my favorites with excellent sound quality and deep bass. I own several JBL products and plan to buy a portable Bluetooth speaker for the summer.

I bought these some time ago to replace my 25bt's which I really liked, but they are no longer available from JBL. The sound is good if you can get them to stay in your ears, they don't work for me unless I'm sitting still. Luckily my 25bt's started working again after they thoroughly dried out

The earbuds are great quality, however they mostly fall out of the ear when you turn your head. Unlike previous earbuds I have worn these also hurt my ears after a while, which is probably due to no rubber parts to provide a soft fit.

I was worried that these headphones would end up in the junk drawer based off of previous reviews and the lack of unbiased YouTube reviews. But I'm glad that I purchased these!! Overall would buy again. Battery life is accurate at about 15-16 hours on a single charge at 50% volume. Speaking of volume, when fitted properly, the volume is typical for other JBL products, with 50% being comfortable, and 75% volume being nearly uncomfortable. Fitment seems to be an issue for some. These fit similar to Apple EarPods with the main difference being the rubberized coating versus the high gloss of EarPods. These make an excellent Bluetooth replacement for Apple's corded counterparts at roughly the same price. Bluetooth 5.0 will initially result in the expected video latency. But that seemed to have mostly resolved itself after adjusting my device settings. Sound quality is excellent for what these are: a direct Bluetooth replacement for standard wired earbuds. The sound signature is balanced, which may explain the negative reviews. Buyers in this segment are typically looking for a V shaped sound signature. Once I adjusted the EQ on my device, and properly fit them, all of my fears went away. Occlusion. If you're not a fan of occlusion, then these open design headphones should work just fine! They worked well on a run, and I didn't experience the stethoscope sounds I normally get with TWS headphones. My only nit pick is with the cable? not about the length, but with the use of flat cables between the earbud and battery pack. The flat cables cause the earbuds to flex in the wrong direction, sometimes resulting in the earbuds moving in or out of the ear. I would like to see round cables closer to the ear. I think these headphones would also benefit from a cable clip to keep the battery pack from sliding to one side. Waterproofing would be a nice addition as well. In all, I'm happy with my purchase, and believe there's a place for headphones like these for those that have longer workouts, or need to be able to hear their surroundings without a transparent mode. They're simple to use, and easy to replace if lost or broken. If a more outdoor oriented model existed, I would happily buy or review.

I bought these earbuds over a year ago. They still work perfectly! They have great sound quality. I use them for listening to music, watching videos, and phone calls. The cord connecting the two earbuds is longer than I expected, but it's good because if I'm wearing something with a collar or hood I can tuck the cord underneath and it stays nice and secure. I searched a long time for earbuds this shape and without the gummy things, and I'm happy to say these fit in my ears pretty well and are comfortable. Pairing is quick and easy. The quickstart guide included in the packaging was helpful and made it easy to understand the buttons' functions. I got the blue color and it is really nice. They charge quickly, and only need 5 minutes of charging to make them last for an hour if they've died. They have never tangled once in all the time I've had them. I highly recommend these!

I bought these just to experience bluetooth multi connect feature... But i am disappointed, the headset dosent switch to 2nd device smoothly some times it works but mostly i hear no sound after i switch to 2nd device... also many devices find it very hard to discover for the first time.

Literally JUST bought these, they arrived today & I don't even need to charge them to know they are completely WORTHLESS TO ME. There is no way to make them fit a smaller or larger "ear hole" or whatever. SO - They either fit you perfect, or you are screwed. I can't get them to go in my ear & stay there sitting completely still, much less moving. I definitely feel like I just threw away what I spent. (which was ALOT LESS than the original ask for them. My 1st purchase with JBL ever, MIght be my last.

Apparently, instructions on youtube as to how to reset the 205bt's and similar models "somehow" worked on 215 bt: W?th the power off (and after charging the earphones fully), pressing both volume buttons simultaneously for a while (10-20 seconds) or doing the same with all the 3 buttons --viz., power button included -- got rid of the beeping problem. I had unpaired the phone from all devices prior to doing that and now the connection is stabile. Hence, I upgrade the 4 star review. This should apply to the earlier 2 complaints on beeping in 20-seconds intervals too. 5 star then for this price range -- I only wish the official instructions showed how to reset the earphones.

I've been using these for quite a white. After the "20 second beep sound" problem (mentioned in another review) was solved (thanks to the instructions for a "firmware update", as a reply to the previous review here) they have been quite enjoyable. The seamless switching between the computer and the Android phone has been a plus, quite practical in daily use... The issue is that now the annoying beep sound is back -- 215BT may have gotten quite "confused" after they were successfully paired with a tablet as the third device (surely, only two simultaneous connections are possible among the paired devices, computer-phone-tablet... I am trying to have the firmware reinstalled or turn the earphones to their factory settings or have the firmware downgraded to then upgrade again. Is there a way to do any of that? (The JBL application for 215BT on the Play Store detects the firmware as up-to-date and allows for no further actions). Thanks

When connected to a Samsung Android phone (11, these earphones make an alarm/ notification like short sound, I have no idea to indicate what, that is repeated every 10 seconds to a minute while no music is playing. It would be truly helpful if you could suggest a possible solution (muting notifications doesn't work at all). The issue renders these earphones almost completely useless (qua "unbearable").

Very happy with these. Can't use wired ones anymore due to lack of headphone jack. I wanted a pair that connected to each other so I could sleep with them and worry less about losing them. But most wireless ones that are connected to each other are the silicone ones that fill your ears which wasn't comfortable for sleeping on my side. These are very comfortable. Plus, they will automatically power off after no activity for a while, which is a double bonus since I'm not awake to turn them off. And the sound quality is pretty good to boot.

They're good headphones but i can't get over how big they are. They feel like they're designed for men or big ears, and they don'thave good grips. They fall out of my ears easily so often which is very annoying bc they're sport headphones. I can't concentrate on my work out when my headphones keep falling off. Would not recommend it for normal-sized ears people. JBL should note that in the description that they're a bit big. Regarding the quality, it's good and the microphone works well.

I have used this product for a week and noticed the audio fades out for over 30 seconds almost every 8-10 minutes when I am on a zoom meeting. Very disappointed and will be returning. Other than that, works great, the microphone connects well with phones and laptops. It has a solid sound for the price.
