Love these!
I didn't have a lot of money to spend on headphones and am so happy with these! The sound is great, the fit is comfortable, and wow wireless headphones are a total game changer. I really appreciate JBL's attention to detail and quality construction. Love my headphones!

Lame - don't buy.
$60 in the airport. The earbuds they hand out to you on the plane are superior. Dont waste your time/$. I went cheap and got burned. It's on me.

Didn't Work
I bought these just today and I can't even get them to stay connected for longer than 5 seconds when I begin to play music. They are fully charged, I've tried to factory reset many times and nothing will work.

Good for what they are worth. Sounds great. charges fast and volume is pretty loud. I have only been using them for about a week so we will see how they hold up.

Login glitch saps new customer time and patience
The underlying problem seems to be that the JBL system can create an account and password that doesn't work on initial login. Instead of resolving that issue CHAT and I created a new login. Unfortunately this took 30-40 minutes. The login issue needs to be checked.
Headphones work as advertised.
Good CHAT with Recca, better CHAT with Russ.

I bought one, tried, liked and ordered two more.
Easy to connect, fits good and comfortable. For this price I would say excellent value.

Partial Charge After First Use
I used this for the first time and got many hours (approx 40) prior to needing a charge. After charging, it worked for about and hour and turned off/disconnected. Charged again with same result. Tried Internet fix which suggested disconnecting/reconnecting the battery wire under one of the speakers - did not work. There are many reports of this same thing happening, and with 30-day warranty, lots are stuck with this product. Buy the extended warranty folks!

Nice headphones, but no documentation
I like these headphones. They are comfortable and the audio quality is good. I would have given 5 stars if there had been any documentation in the package. There was no clue as to how to charge them, power them on, pair them with my phone and tablet, or even how to turn them on. I had to go online to find a video giving me the most basic information. Having said all that, I like them and would buy them again.

World Class
The customer service was World Class!! The speed of the delivery was World Class the communication was World Class and the quality of the headphones were top notch my daughter loves them it's her second pair. You never get this service from a retailer like Best Buy or Walmart so you are never blown away with the product. Buying straight from JBL was top in class from start to finish. Thank you!! Will purchase again

Can't get it to work
It won't hold a charge so my compute can connect with it. You sent me a return system but I had already discarded the packaging and it is 100 mile trip to the nearest town of Lordsberg NM. I live on my 1100 SS check.

Weak bass, poor volume controls.
It lacks sufficient bass, and I am not usually a huge fan of bass. Also, the volume controls don't seem to work at all. Otherwise, they're fine.

Great headset!
Sound is superb. Build quality seems like it's will last if you're careful while rotating and unfolding the ear cups. It is a bit tight like others mentioned but tolerable. You'll need to rest your ears a bit every couple hours or so. Battery life is great. I didn't try the mic yet so I cannot comment on that.

Sounds decent but small for bigger heads
Too small for my big head, it squeezes my ears. I think o should have bought an "over ear" one. But Bluetooth pairs really well and fast.

Earpad broke off in 30 days
Within 30 days, the earpad separated from the headset. This was disappointing. This was a gift to our son who picked these out.

Basic at most
I didn't know that this specific number 510BT is probably only one of , if the only pair of headphones that are not compatible with the JBL headphones app for iPhone. I also don't really like the white color. Would have preferred black ones
