I purchased them this month & i'm sad to say that this product isn't good. The over head part started to come loose after not too long & amongst buying I had no ideas they weren't supported by app! So now here I am on the website filling a formal complaint.

Not worth it at all

Sound quality is awesome and the battery life is insane. I do wish they folded down a little bit more for traveling but it's not a big deal. The ear cups are very comfortable and the passive noise canceling you get from the ear cups is pretty good. Overall I would say these are an awesome budget option that sounds good and has a great battery life.

I bought the JBL Tune 710BT headphones a few years ago when there was a really good sale on them. So I've definitely had plenty of time to become well acquainted with them and how to get the most out of them. As of writing this review on May 10th, 2025 the JBL app still does not provide support for the Tune 710BT. The app is the first place many go when they need to adjust the headphone's equalizer setting, most often intending to adjust and increase the bass. Fortunately JBL's app is not the only option we have. For Android users you can achieve the same within the settings. In my case I used the "Adapt Sound" feature. The feature will have you take a hearing test to see the type of frequencies and frequency range you're able to hear. After the test the sound levels were calibrated to my needs, and the result was some of the best sound quality I've ever experienced. Plus you can still tweak it further, if desired. Not enough bass, no problem. It would be nice to see app support, but in the meantime we fortunately don't need it to get the most out of these headphones. At least for Android users, you apple folks are on your own. If nothing else I'm sure there's a way for you to pay for such customization and control. I've included a screenshot from the settings menu where the EQ and Adapt Sound can be found. Aside from all of that, overall I am very satisfied with these bluetooth headphones. The battery last way longer than it has any business doing. 50 plus hour battery life ain't no joke. It just keeps going and going. Truly the only rechargeable bluetooth device I've ever been able to use for hours and the power level on the device not go down at all. Three to four hours of straight jam session and not a dent. It's as if the headphones are mocking me as they ask, "you think we've even got started yet?". And the required charging time is not proportional, maybe a few hours for a full charge, 'nuff said. The bluetooth connectivity is stable with good range. The multipoint connectivity works flawlessly and is what allows the device to be used seamlessly with multiple devices. Any bluetooth device that's incapable of multipoint is badly outdated and essentially incompatible with current technologies. It's important to know for those new to using bluetooth. I've used bluetooth communications devices for years. The 710BT is my first of this type, solely intended for high fedilty sound but also capable of hands-free communication and multipoint connectivity. Honestly, I couldn't be much happier and certainly would recommend the headphones to anyone looking for over-the-ear headphones, that are wireless and have high quality sound with deep and rich bass, and are not expensive but very reasonably priced. Hope this helps.

I returned these after a week as I felt that the sound quality was average at best when listening in a quiet environment. Without ANC, they're almost useless for commuting on public transit if the goal is block out the world.

Was not a fan and returned them.

i have had these for one year. they are comparable to my beats but half the price.

awesome sound

Received these headphones yesterday and I Love Them! They deliver sound with ease. And, I love the Bass that they deliver along with the volume Up&Down on the ear cup. So Nice!!!

Bangin' Headphones by JBL...

They sound great lil more bass be cool but clear and not distorted ???? ONLY downside is I have 16mm - 5/8 gauges and after a lil can be irritating ??

Good but hurts bigger size gauges after lil

Very fairly priced, decent sound, connects to Bluetooth easily. The reason I am giving this only 4 stars is because of the lackluster microphone. I spoke to three different clients and all of them said they could barely hear me. But again, if you are only looking for headphones to listen to music, podcasts, etc. then I would definitely recommend these.

Good price, good sound, mediocre microphone.

I bought this approx 8 months ago, and the leather on the cups are detaching.

Also sometimes the left side is crickity, and I have not dropped these headphones once.

I bought this for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it. The sound, noise cancelation and comfortness are 5+. 
The product packing was also great so I got the present as it should have been look like.

Very easy to connect and use

Nice pair of headphones. The do not feel high quality but should survive being handled roughly, which is a reason why I purchased them. 
The cushion feels good; not too stiff. The playback controls function fine and the buttons are easy to push.
The ability to listen to music wired without the need for battery power is also nice. However, the quality and length of the included cable is terrible. Not only is it thin and ratty-looking, but the cable is also short.

Good pair of everyday headphones.

I absolutely love my new JBL headphones. I bough these less than a month ago. The overall design and sound quality is great.

I purchased these in late November as a Christmas gift. Soon after I purchased them they I noticed they were on sale for 50% off. Guess it doesn't pay to shop early.

Very good headphones, sound quality is good and they are wireless and wired. The battery is also great, it lasts ages before you need to recharge, and when you finally do, it charges quite quick. They are also quite good quality. 

Note: These don't support active noise cancelling, but personally for me, thats not a issue. Just something to note if anyone wants headphones with that feature.

I bought it less than a month ago and I am not really satisfied with the purchase, in the specifications it mentions pure JBL bass sound, but it does not meet my expectations, I thought the quality was superior.
