I've bought many top brand names in headphones audio and these have far exceeded my expectations and sound better than any I've ever purchased before.

I bought these earbuds because I lost my last pair by a competitor. These sounded very good as far as playing music and such. My issue was with the fit. I tried all 3 sizes of earpieces, but I could not get them to stay in my ears to save my life. Just walking around and they would wiggle out. They need a supplementary rubber ring around them to better affix themselves to the ear. Several times I had to catch them as they fell out. The ANC also left alot to be desired. They do not even compare to the competitor's that I lost that I could go shooting with. These hardly quieted down a conversation someone was having 20 ft from me.

I bought these about a month ago. I love the sound they put out. Only draw back is they keep falling out my ears when I move around. Should've bought the sport kind that loops around my ear so they wouldn't fall out. If I could trade them in for a different style I would.

ANC works terrible. Allows so much static noise through. The ear plugs don't work for my ears. I'd rather return it and buy a $50 pair from Walmart?seems I'd get the same value

Don't trust the "free two day shipping" takes a minimum of a week to ship our or give you an update. I ordered them last week and still have yet to receive them, so really have yet to get a product to review. Bad business might as well just say standard shipping.

This device is design and software DISASTER. Stupid useless and pointless "touch screen" produces false touches while in the pocket. No possibility to disable touch controls on case. Unable to update charging case due to connectivity loss on 99% (have tried 10 times).

I have had these roughly two weeks... The first time I used them I found out you never want to leave the case behind, because once they shut-off, you need the case to get them on again. Controlling them could be easier... The tap doesn't work as good as I would expect for as much as these cost... Sound quality is great... But don't try to make a call outside because I was told I sounded very muffled.

I bought these to replace my JBL Live Pro 2 TWS, liked the lower profile. In my opinion, they are no better, and not as touch sensitive to access the options.

Excellent earbuds. I haven't used the screen yet and I probably won't but I bought these earbuds specifically for the extended battery life and so far they're doing the job.

I honestly avoided jbl as a brand mostly for price point. I have had other earbuds and headphones from different companies in the same price range that were garbage so I foolishly assumed it would be the same. The earbuds are great, sound quality is on point, customization is great and more importantly the anc is fantastic, easily comparable to brands that ask for way more money.

I have bought these a few weeks ago and so far they have been the most innovative pair of earphones I have had but I do wish there was more detail put in the little screen besides basic controls over music and preference, everything aside though the sound quality is really good and they do come in hand especially for those without a smartwatch.

The shipping was really fast. The packaging is amazing. The headphones are amazing and really really good quality. They are a little expensive. I wish the headphones had a little more features. You can't use the equalizer when you're only using one headphone. The battery last FOREVER. I bought these for my boyfriend for Christmas and ended up buying a second pair for me

Bought one pair a few months back. I was skeptical about buying another set of earbuds in the 200+ range without hearing them. But I pulled the trigger and Holy crap! These things are amazing. I bought a backup set. I compared them to the new bose and these blew them away on clarity. Beautiful crisp highs and deep powerful lows. I highly recommend them.

I Love my JBL pro tour 2 buds and the new case that comes with them I choose these over the apple pods and the Bose these buds are definitely a step up from the 1st ones. I would highly recommend these buds to anyone look for a great set of buds with many features.

I purchased these through Crutchfield. They sound amazing. I was having volume issues but i discovered it wasnt the buds. It was Spotify having equalize loudness as well as an eq that was poorly set. I gave up a pair of Apple Airpods Pro 2 for these. The airpods hurt my ears after 15-20 minutes. I give this a 4/5 because i did have a few pairing issues where one ear would connect but the other wouldnt, i also had an issue where it streamed intermittently and was horrible quality. forgot the device set the Tour Pro 2's back to factory. Paired again and its resolved my issue.

They fit nice and are a bit louder than my other pair - but there was a button option (menu app) that says "spacial" I assumed it would give a wider open sound but no, it sounds like my other pair... It sounds like mono, in stereo (!?) I can still hear a stereo effect but it's a bit muffled like I'm listening to an old radio

Purchased for my boyfriend for his birthday. He's only used just a couple of times. They do not stay charged. The case will say 100% charges. Then he takes an earbud out to use and it goes from 100% to saying 5%, then dies. I'm not sure I would recommend these.

I have been using JBL headphones before, so I know JBL's quality. This is my first earbuds and I can tell you the NOISE_CANCELLING (ANC) is perfect, I can not hear ambulance or police sirens. The AMBIENT SOUND is good, you can hear the music, but you still can hear the world around you. TALK THROUGH, this feature is great, you can talk to someone and still hear your music somehow. The CASE is brilliant, you can use it as a remote to control your earbuds, volume, sound, play and stop your music, and also find your earbuds. The buds are extremely comfortable in my ears not afraid to come out or move out, you can choose the 3 silicone grips provided to match perfectly inside your ears. The sound is impressive, clear and loud. also well, I like these JBL earbuds because when you remove the earbuds from your ear, the music stops by itself, so no need to switch it off from your phone. The long life of the battery is OUTSTANDING, SUPERB. I used it for more than 3 hours for one week, and still brilliant. I just need to put it back inside the case and then recharge itself. The only downside is the notifications in the case display are not always working, in my case only work once. But overall, JBL TOUR PRO 2 is an IMPRESSIVE earbud, Can't fault them. a bit pricey, but hey "You want quality? then Price Talk"

The JBL Tour Pro 2 is packed with features and doesn't disappoint with regards to sounds quality etc. The case feels very premium and can also be charged wirelessly. It also has an inbuilt screen which helps for navigation, there are 13 different set of menus available. Whilst this is a novelty (for example, some menus such as next track or ANC are easily accessible) , it adds additional weight to the case and feels gimmicky. One plus side, it displays the battery life for each ear bud. The battery is also very good. The earbuds fit in very easily and are very light and comfortable. The Active Noise Cancelling is very good but doesn't filter out very loud noise above 90 decibels ( for example hand-dryers). It is also possible to calibrate the ANC via the JBL feature. This advanced functionality scans the surrounding noise and offers 'customised' noise cancelling. This worked really well in busy roads and high streets. Overall the features of the App are excellent. In terms of Sound, it's very clear and the Bass level is deep without being too overwhelming. Overall the JBL Tour pro 2 is a good pair of ANC earbuds. It feels very premium but the hefty price tag may not be affordable for everyone. Also the extra features of the case are Nice to have but not essential.
