I wanted to like them. So many features but they skipped the powerful volume part. $60 Bargain BT Earbuds blow them away in volume and bass response. Side by side comparison and test with Samsung Galaxy Buds and Golrex ($60 bargain product). Too bad, really expected more from a company called JBL.

The active noise canceling is excellent, the touch controls are intuitive, and being able to use one earbud while the other stays in the case is something many other products fail to do. When I contacted support, my only options were: Pay $125 for a new case (with only a 90-day warranty) Or use a 30% discount to buy a whole new pair (still over $200) For a $250 product that failed just outside of warranty, these options felt almost insulting. Bottom line: Earbuds = excellent. Case/software = disappointing. JBL doesn't offer meaningful repair options or user control, which makes this a frustrating purchase long-term. I really love JBL products-I also own the Flip 3 and Pulse 4. I was even considering buying the JBL Bar 800 for my home theater as a Christmas gift to myself. However, because of this experience, I'm going to explore other options before making that decision. I would love if JBL reached out to help me find a better solution.

I bought these earbuds because I lost my last pair by a competitor. These sounded very good as far as playing music and such. My issue was with the fit. I tried all 3 sizes of earpieces, but I could not get them to stay in my ears to save my life. Just walking around and they would wiggle out. They need a supplementary rubber ring around them to better affix themselves to the ear. Several times I had to catch them as they fell out. The ANC also left alot to be desired. They do not even compare to the competitor's that I lost that I could go shooting with. These hardly quieted down a conversation someone was having 20 ft from me.

I bought these about a month ago. I love the sound they put out. Only draw back is they keep falling out my ears when I move around. Should've bought the sport kind that loops around my ear so they wouldn't fall out. If I could trade them in for a different style I would.

ANC works terrible. Allows so much static noise through. The ear plugs don't work for my ears. I'd rather return it and buy a $50 pair from Walmart?seems I'd get the same value

Don't trust the "free two day shipping" takes a minimum of a week to ship our or give you an update. I ordered them last week and still have yet to receive them, so really have yet to get a product to review. Bad business might as well just say standard shipping.

This device is design and software DISASTER. Stupid useless and pointless "touch screen" produces false touches while in the pocket. No possibility to disable touch controls on case. Unable to update charging case due to connectivity loss on 99% (have tried 10 times).

I have had these roughly two weeks... The first time I used them I found out you never want to leave the case behind, because once they shut-off, you need the case to get them on again. Controlling them could be easier... The tap doesn't work as good as I would expect for as much as these cost... Sound quality is great... But don't try to make a call outside because I was told I sounded very muffled.

I bought these to replace my JBL Live Pro 2 TWS, liked the lower profile. In my opinion, they are no better, and not as touch sensitive to access the options.

Excellent earbuds. I haven't used the screen yet and I probably won't but I bought these earbuds specifically for the extended battery life and so far they're doing the job.

I honestly avoided jbl as a brand mostly for price point. I have had other earbuds and headphones from different companies in the same price range that were garbage so I foolishly assumed it would be the same. The earbuds are great, sound quality is on point, customization is great and more importantly the anc is fantastic, easily comparable to brands that ask for way more money.

I have bought these a few weeks ago and so far they have been the most innovative pair of earphones I have had but I do wish there was more detail put in the little screen besides basic controls over music and preference, everything aside though the sound quality is really good and they do come in hand especially for those without a smartwatch.

The shipping was really fast. The packaging is amazing. The headphones are amazing and really really good quality. They are a little expensive. I wish the headphones had a little more features. You can't use the equalizer when you're only using one headphone. The battery last FOREVER. I bought these for my boyfriend for Christmas and ended up buying a second pair for me

Bought one pair a few months back. I was skeptical about buying another set of earbuds in the 200+ range without hearing them. But I pulled the trigger and Holy crap! These things are amazing. I bought a backup set. I compared them to the new bose and these blew them away on clarity. Beautiful crisp highs and deep powerful lows. I highly recommend them.

I Love my JBL pro tour 2 buds and the new case that comes with them I choose these over the apple pods and the Bose these buds are definitely a step up from the 1st ones. I would highly recommend these buds to anyone look for a great set of buds with many features.

I purchased these through Crutchfield. They sound amazing. I was having volume issues but i discovered it wasnt the buds. It was Spotify having equalize loudness as well as an eq that was poorly set. I gave up a pair of Apple Airpods Pro 2 for these. The airpods hurt my ears after 15-20 minutes. I give this a 4/5 because i did have a few pairing issues where one ear would connect but the other wouldnt, i also had an issue where it streamed intermittently and was horrible quality. forgot the device set the Tour Pro 2's back to factory. Paired again and its resolved my issue.

They fit nice and are a bit louder than my other pair - but there was a button option (menu app) that says "spacial" I assumed it would give a wider open sound but no, it sounds like my other pair... It sounds like mono, in stereo (!?) I can still hear a stereo effect but it's a bit muffled like I'm listening to an old radio

Purchased for my boyfriend for his birthday. He's only used just a couple of times. They do not stay charged. The case will say 100% charges. Then he takes an earbud out to use and it goes from 100% to saying 5%, then dies. I'm not sure I would recommend these.
