The three sequenced duplex receptacles allow for the power distribution system to activate its outlets in three stages. This makes it useful as a stand-alone sequencer, with signal source and processing equipment powered by the first sequence stages while amplifiers are powered by the last ones.
The CQ-1515 can be easily controlled remotely via an 8-wire, RJ-45 cable. The system can also be activated with the sequence control switch on the CQ device itself, a Juice Goose RC5 control accessory, or a latching contact closure.
The CQ-1515 features a multi-stage AC line filter to reduce high-frequency interference. It also offers a triple surge protection matrix across hot, neutral, and ground power leads to protect your devices from power surges.
Yes, the CQ-1515 can perform seamlessly in coordination with other CQ devices. There is no limit to the number of CQ devices that can be connected, and there's no practical distance limit between them.
The two-position switch on the front of the CQ-1515 allows for manual operation of the unit. This switch is active only if there is no control cable on the Sequence Signal Input connector. When active, this switch causes the unit to turn outlets on or off in sequence and to control the sequencing of any unit connected to the Sequence Signal Output connector.

Because the Juice Goose CQ-1515 Three Sequence 15A Power Distribution System is part of the advanced CQ Series, it offers a reliable, convenient, and economical solution for remotely activating AC power in a sequenced array. This high-quality system is designed for both sensitive and high amperage equipment, requiring no additional controllers or programming for operation.
The CQ-1515 is equipped with the necessary circuitry to be activated by a Juice Goose RC Series accessory or a simple contact closure, and it performs seamlessly in coordination with other CQ devices. It ensures all power down sequences are automatically the exact reversals of the power up sequences, providing a smooth operation.
This durable 15-amp rack mount, plug-in model boasts AC line protection and seven power outputs, making it an ideal choice for powering multiple devices simultaneously. These three-sequence event devices can function independently, be activated via remote control, or be incorporated into a more extensive power sequencing system.
In a typical sequencing system, the rack-mounted CQ-1515 is used to control power to the signal source or "front-of-house" equipment before power is applied to amplifiers. It features three sequenced duplex receptacles and one unswitched single AC receptacle on the back of the chassis, each with its own preset turn on and off timing.
The CQ-1515 can be easily controlled via an 8-wire, RJ-45 cable, and each unit has a Sequence Signal Input and Output connector on the chassis. This allows for unlimited CQ devices to be connected with no practical distance limit between them. The system can be activated with the sequence control switch on the CQ device itself, a Juice Goose RC5 control accessory, or a latching contact closure.
The CQ-1515 also features a two-position switch on the front of the chassis for manual operation, and lights on the front of the chassis allow for easy monitoring of the unit operation. For added protection, the CQ-1515 features a multi-stage AC line filter to reduce high-frequency interference and a triple surge protection matrix across hot, neutral, and ground power leads. This makes the CQ-1515 a reliable and advanced solution for your power distribution needs.
