I would NOT buy one of these again.

I purchased this product just over a month ago and within the first use, the balls that connect the tripod started slipping in and out easily. This made it so any time you flex it even the slightest, the things would pop off, needing to re-set it, re-position the shot, etc. This is very frustrating... especially when you're on a time constraint shoot! Secondly, one of the legs straight up just broke off the whole inner part. The bottom line is that this is not worth your money. For a product marketed to mobile/on the go use, it is worthless for that application. On top of that, I have contacted customer service multiple times. There is no way to get a person. I have left messages and received no response. So even though it's a brand new product, they offer no human connection points to solve the problem. I would not recommend this product or this company based off my experience with the goods and the customer service.

Pretty okay

The mount works fine, holds the iPhone/GoPro as expected. However, 2 of the 3 legs fell/broke out of the body within minutes of the first use. I have fixed them/glued them back in butneas pretty disappointed on that. Otherwise good product.

Everything works great, but after the first time, the bluetooth remote refuses to turn on. Super disappointed with this.

Made my trip

My bf got me this as a present for my trip and it was perfect and exactly what I needed for my trip. I was able to grip it on almost anything and it stayed firmly. I loved how I could adjust what I was putting on it. I switched between my phone and camera.
