Even better than I expected
I have only usedy set once for a dance studio photoshoot, but it performed Excellently. It was easy to set up, and the dial up light range have a lot of versatility in lighting. I am so please with my purchase. The item arrived quickly and was packed well and securely.
Money well spent
I found the lights and stands well made and sturdy. Assembly is easy and quick. The lights have a lot of available accessories which make them very upgradable. When I received the unit I noticed that one of the plastic buckles for the light case was broken, I contacted Adorama and they gave me the phone for Versalight. Versalight overnighted me a new buckle no problem.
Designed to be an upgrade for JTL Versalight, the Versalight E is JTL's newest professional studio series strobe light for portrait photography. Featuring a standard fan cooler, aluminum alloy housing, and a 360-degree photo slave, this light has a built-in stabilizer for providing an output precision of +/- 0.1F.
It features a detachable optidress flash tube with UV correction coating (protected by a glass-made safety cover) for accurate color temperature, which is crucial for portrait pictures. In addition, a variety of accessories are available for the Versalight E, including flash tubes, kits, standard metal reflectors, and stand fixtures.
